So when I open the gallery it works normally until I select a lot to view then I can't do anything at all. Can't close out, view images, or basically interact with the page in any capacity. I've done everything I could think of and every recommended course of action to fix it, so now I'm just assuming it's a bug due to the new update for the gallery. The game isn't frozen, I can move the cursor around, still hear music, etc. I genuinely cannot play right now because of it and will not be able to until it's fixed.

... they JUST RECENTLY fixed the uploading-problem with the (online-) galery ...(took long enough !!) . And now - since the latest "update" April 2026 - it seems to me, that the online-galery is out of control !! [I am playing xbox series X, if that is important.]
- first : it starts with 'most popular' , not latest. - ... searching ... it show me NO result, but the message : 'pack-filter'. > so WHAT ??! - some things i knew aren't even displayed ! - if i want to have a closer look to a household or property ... ... [desperate loughter] > the subject-window opens and than i am "trapped" (!) in an endless "packs"-loading-loop ... !! > this happens again & again ! etc. ... the online-galary is so incredibly dysfunctional, right now > it is a shame ( > and : no ! keyboard nor waiting does work for me . )
... and yes ! ... my question is still : WHY did u do that ??! >>> WHY DO U TINKER AROUND SOMETHING THAT WORKED ? <<<. .. let me make a guess .. : 'perhaps' greedy manager want to make more, more,more,more etc. ... profit ... so they wanted the player be harassed intrusivly with the "new" MARKETPLACE , immediately after the game starts. .... and ...uppsie ... something went wrong .... (and everything connected to the packs, u want to sell so desperatly is now causing problems... ! ) > "Greetings" : U should know, "this way" = u will loose money .
i am with u . Everytime i start sims4 , i had to klick trough my packs ... and i even don't own them ALL !! (lol- lucky me)

having this same issue as well. i dont last very long on the gallery (looking for lots) until i get a UI exception and im not able to click on anything in the gallery or even in my own library. nothing will happen when i click and the only thing to do is close the game and open it back up to fix it, until it inevitably happens again. so i guess i wont be using the gallery until this is fixed
I have a problem where I can place 1 or 2 house from gallery not problem but then I select next one and hit arrow expecting to go to map to place, nothing happens. I need to restart xbox and do again. Can someone please help? Bb. Move objects is on. I'm on console so no customer content. I bought a new controller. Idk what now
My gallery isn’t working I can open it and it has items show up but I click an item it has the loading symbol but won’t let me back out or save or download so I have to come off the game to get back on then when I come on the game every time it keeps coming up the pop ups you get when you first buy a pack but I’ve had these packs for ages and hud bar won’t go away and I have tired everything it just still has the controls and it’s very annoying
Mine is doing the same thing on xbox! I have to completely quit the game and open it again, because it won’t let me close the gallery once ive clicked an item, only started happening since the latest update.
Same I came looking for an answer, I can’t put anything down in my game from the gallery without it freezing up, also my pack that’s I had for years keep popping up on the main menu when logging on
I'm on PS4 and my game is up to date. When I open the gallery I can maneuver about but when you click on content it completely freezes and you can't back out unless you close and restart the game entirely... super frustrating 💔
