After multiple attempts to reset the game by completely closing and reopening it, my Sims are still unable to perform interactions. When I click on a Sim and select an interaction, the game becomes stuck on the interaction menu. I am unable to back out, select anything else, or continue gameplay normally. The game does not fully crash, but it becomes unresponsive and prevents further actions.
I have already closed and restarted the game at least 8–9 times, but the issue continues to occur. This has become extremely frustrating, especially since I am playing on a PlayStation 5 and the repeated restarts have not resolved the problem.
Platform: PlayStation 5
Frequency: Occurs repeatedly, even after multiple game restarts.
Result: Sims cannot perform interactions and the game becomes stuck on the interaction menu.
Expected Result: Interactions should execute normally, and the game should remain responsive
I’m experiencing this too, it’s so frustrating.
