What's happening exactly when you try to save- are you seeing an error code, or is your game crashing?
In game Error code 22 and microsoft error code 0x80830003. I have not been able to save my games either. It’s been a week and I just purchased a bunch of DLCs. Xbox series X with 200 GB of free storage. Hard resetting, reinstalling the game, clearing cache does not work
How do you clear cache on Xbox? Or do you hold the power button etc till it resets?
Go to my games and apps/manage/storage devices. Theres an option to clear local save games and clear local Xbox 360 storage. It unfortunately deletes your saved games unless you save them to an external usb drive.
Hi it just crashes. I had to play a save from weeks before and that is working. But I lost progress from the other two saves that crash.
Can you escalate this issue? It’s game breaking. Theres no point in playing if we can’t save and auto save is broken. Everytime I start up the game, it takes me to my last game session from a week ago. Even trying to create a new character, playing different households won’t work. There’s no workaround for this. The only reason I didn’t purchase more DLCs is because of this

Error code 34 and 21 are back smh. FIX THIS ISSUE ALREADY, this is ridiculous. And this is on my new save file. It was fine for a few weeks and now it’s back to unplayable. Do you see how many people are having this issue?
