[XB/PS] Error Code when saving

Made a new save after disabling For Rent, so for this is the longest I've played a file in awhile (maybe 4-5 hours across 2 days). I tried saving my game after playing without saving for like an hour which isn't something I do as an avid saver but since saving seems like a save file death sentence I tried to enjoy the game as much as i could before the inevitable :/ 

Error code: 34.

I was mostly using the Ranch pack, living in the world 2 horses my sim and her child. Living off the grid and stuff. Idk im just sad.

Did you un/reinstall using the pack selection option?

I'm having the same issue on every safe file

I'm having the same problem they really need to fix it or refund our money back 

Some of my saved files are gone and I saved them when I tried to save them it won't let me when I restarted the game my saved files were gone I only have one household left on my Xbox it's unfair that I spent money on expansion packs and the sims 4 acting up I hope it's true what y'all are saying sims community that it will be fixed because it's wrong and my saved files are gone so hopefully y'all can get it working

Still doing the same thing this frustrating some of my family is gone and I only have one household left and it's still not letting me save my game on the Sims4 ea really needs to fix this ASAP 

Hi, I have been playing the Sims 4 for years on my Xbox one with no issues. I want to say with in the past couple months I have been noticing my saves diapering and/ or not saving. Just recently I have (about a month or so) been getting the error code 21 and 34 when saving, but not only that is it not saving the progress I'm working on, but it also deletes old saves. I have gone through my gallery library and delete anything I may have saved from the gallery/ I have followed so many different things to try to fix what may be happening but still nothing. At this point it I can't even play because nothing saves at all. This is my only outlet during hard times, and this week is probably the worst week 😔, I just want to play soon. Thank you for your time. 💝

Yes error code 21 and 34 it keeps popping up and it's very frustrating me and my brother have been playing the Sims4 for a very long time it won't save our files keeps disappearing so what can be done we deleted the game until it be fixed this is unfair to Xbox players
