[XB/PS] Error Code when saving

Saving keeps showing up as error code 21. Had a bunch of error code 0s before but this new error code has just started after the new update. Can't save the game at all, even with a lot of storage, internet connection and etc. I try to use a new save file just in case so it's not anything with trying to overwrite. I tried playing the game offline too just to see if it would save but no-go. 

 Gallery also won't show, only items from my library even after checking internet connection. I've tried pretty much everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling. 

Game also crashes when Sims try to to travel to different worlds.

Could you let me know which console generations you're currently playing on please? 

I have an Xbox Series X, 2Tb with 1.5 TB available. Sims is the only game we play on our Xbox.

I have an Xbox series x with 2 tb and 1.5 tb free space. We started with error code 21 now we get error code 34. Nothing saves. I deleted every home I had remodeled in my library. Gallery doesn’t show up it’s not even an option and we’ll play with our sims in the library and after playing for 30 minutes we go to save and it doesn’t save. New file. Smmfh. So annoyed. I own every pack. $2k and we can’t even play the game.

On your Xbox, please head to Manage Game & Add-ons-> The Sims 4-> Save data and highlight the file for your gamertag- can you let me know how big that save file is?

Can you also let me know where The Sims 4 is currently installed- on an external drive, internal storage, etc?

From your PS5 main menu, please head to Settings-> Saved Data and Game/App Settings-> The Sims 4 and let me know how big your save file is.

reserved space says 1.0 GB

i don’t have an external drive on my Xbox or wouldn’t know how to do that on an Xbox so I am assuming it’s internal storage. My series x has 2Tb and 1.5 tb free (it says)
