Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m connected to the internet, so I know that’s not a problem.
Everytime I try to access the gallery I get a notification saying;
"UNABLE TO GO ONLINE There's no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to access Online content."
Why am I getting this notification when my internet is running smoothly, my PS5 is always connected to the internet and I was just watching YouTube on it before opening my game? This is not okay. I cannot do anything. I can't access sims I created specifically to play with in the new pack and I can't get to builds I saved for anticipating the Enchanted by Nature pack. Now I can't even play it.
I just installed the new pack. I can’t access the gallery anymore. What the actual heck is going on???
That's what I'd like to know. We all just paid for the new pack, expected and anticipated being able to play with it and now we can't because the gallery isn't accessible to us. I have never had an issue where I couldn't access the gallery or anything on it. I've heard of PC players having this issue and it was fixed immediately in a quick update, but never on console.
This is why they need to fix the game before releasing anything new. They would make more money if they fixed it, which would entice new players to want to play and buy the packs a lot more.
I just installed update on ps4 and same thing no gallery inhad to open and close 3-4 times and its back lol
Same and I haven't even installed the new pack. Im on Xbox and haven't been able to access my gallery either. Doesn't even show up as an option 😮💨
It's driving me up a wall. I had access until the latest update. As soon as the update came out, I was able to get into the gallery when I was playing the event. But, as soon as I played today to finish the event I received an error message and then it quickly went away. After that I haven't been able to get into the gallery at all.
I just keep getting the no internet message on a console that is never disconnected from the internet, even YouTube works on my PS5.

I’m getting the same problem now. I’m on PS5 also. Didn’t buy the latest pack but it’s the first time I don’t see the gallery button.
This is definitely a problem. They need to fix this issue so console players can play again.
I have a PS4 and i have the same problem with it saying that its not connected to the internet but i have not even gotten the enchanted by nature pack yet. I also do not see the gallery button. I had to also go on my computer to finish the new event because of this bug.
I’m on Xbox Series X and the gallery will also not load for me. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game plus all dlc and still can only access my library.
Update: I was able to reconnect to the gallery after going to Game Options and in the Other tab made sure to link my EA account. Maybe this can work for anyone else who cannot access the gallery.

I had to restore the licensing again, but this also helped to fix the issue. Hopefully your advice will help others as well. Thank you for helping.

I pre ordered the the enchanted by nature! I don't even see the gallery option, just my library. Super frustrating. My PS5 works for Fortnite and other online gaming. So I know it's not an Internet issue.
