This is my first time posting ever, I literally just made an account for this. Idk if anyone else is still having issues on Xbox with claiming the rewards for nature's calling, but I finally got it to work for me so I'm sharing in hopes this helps someone else. I closed the game, and opened 'manage game and add-ons' for the Sims, went to 'saved data' and cleared the 'reserved space' for the game. When I opened the game back up, I was able to in-game claim the rewards. Hope this helps!
Thank you, mine recently started glitching and does not give my sims the option to craft the "throne" on the woodworking table. Then when I open the event rewards it says "Wwwwwwwwww" for the item description and in place of the "claim" button. Going to try this tomorrow to see if it solves the issue(s).
