I’m currently playing week 4 of the Nature’s Calling event on my PlayStation and can’t craft the Wooden Throne. I am unable to claim the recipe in the event menu because it keeps saying that I’m offline. Which I am not. My connection speed is 250 and I am fully connected. I am logged in and everything. I just simply can’t access the event item needed to complete the quest. And same problem with the gallery, it’s completely broken. I can only access my library, since it thinks I’m offline. Which yet again, I am not. Console players need an emergency patch, I’ve heard a few of us have this same issue.

I'm having the same problem. I can do the events, but I tried to claim the throne and it said "must have an online connection." I do! I restarted the game and was still unable to make the throne.
I forgot to say I'm on Xbox Series X
Same for me on ps5 :( the gallery tabs aren't even showing up for me they're just gone been like it since yesterday 🙃
I was dealing with the gallery issue and someone suggested going into Game Options, Other and then relink your EA account. It fixed the gallery issue, but as for the event issues. I'm sorry I can't help with those. Hopefully this fixes that issue for you all as well.
I am on xbox and I was doing just fine accepting rewards. Then all of a sudden it says I cannot claim any as I'm not online??? But I am . I am so confused. If anyone finds a fix please share.
I had this issue and was just able to fix it by going into my game options and relinking my EA account. I then closed the game and reloaded it and I was able to claim everything.
Also stuck unable to claim rewards it was not not this before the update now things are broke.
