after the recent update to fix the pregnancy i haven't been able to open the gallery thought it was my wifi but my wifis fine. Ps4. Is anyone else having this issue?

I can’t access gallery or challenges. It keeps saying to connect but the Xbox is connected to the internet ☹️ all my other games are connected
