I play Sims 4 on my Xbox Series X and I have really enjoyed the game; encountered no major glitches… until now. I’m on the most recent segment of the event and every time I go to collect my rewards it says that I need to be connected to the internet to do so. Now I have checked my connection, restarted the game, and restarted not only my Xbox, but my TV. I am currently in the process of reinstalling my whole game, but it doesn’t make sense because to even play the game, I’d have to be connected to the internet! It is aggravating and I hope no one else is having this problem.
Just an update to the issue, uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t fix it
I'm having the same problem with PlayStation 5 too.
