This is my first time posting ever, I literally just made an account for this. Idk if anyone else is still having issues on Xbox with claiming the rewards for nature's calling, but I finally got it to work for me so I'm sharing in hopes this helps someone else. I closed the game, and opened 'manage game and add-ons' for the Sims, went to 'saved data' and cleared the 'reserved space' for the game. When I opened the game back up, I was able to in-game claim the rewards. Hope this helps!
I’ve been unable to claim the wooden throne on PS4. It’s showing as available to claim but when I. Lick claim a box pops up stating “online connection required please go online to save your event progress” it’s most definitely online both updates installed and console restarted. Same error for 2 days.
