[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

I installed the new patch today and went into my game to find that my account had been unlinked, and I have no access to any online features, including the gallery. I went into my settings and tried to re-link my account, but when I did, it black screened and took me back to the title screen, without relinking my account. Help?

I am also having problems accessing the gallery, which is a problem for me because I download lot shells for my games. I'd like to ask, are you on Xbox? Because my mother and I both are, and neither of us can access the gallery.
