Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m connected to the internet, so I know that’s not a problem.
My sims4 ps4 edition says "Unable to go online, there's no internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to access Online content." when trying to connect to the online gallery. My ps4 has been connected to the internet for 10 hours. My ps4 had a system update today, afterwards I noticed this. I have restarted my ps4 twice, turned it off a couple times, restarted Sims about 4 times... nothing. It has absolutely no reason to not be connected to the internet. everything is fine. my ps4 has no internet issues. I tried pressing the "Link to EA account" in the game options, but the screen just freezes for a good 10 seconds and then nothing happens. So idk how to fix that either. I have been connected to sims4 online multiple times, using other people's houses and stuff. I'm on version 1.16, the latest version as far as I know, and when I check for an update (which I have done over and over and over) it says the application installed is the latest version.
I'm having the exact same issue to a T.
I don't have the public gallery now as well, only my personal library.
Hopefully something gets done for you soon; mine works now so I recommend trying it again. Really hoping this is a temporary issue
Same happened to me i clicked link to ea screen went black so i closed game and console switched back on and it is working fine 🙂
