[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

Anyone on sims 4 on ps4 I'm  having problems claiming items when trying to claim items to complete quest I keep getting please go online to save your event progress and receive  rewards whats this mean and how do I claim my rewards first time this has happend to me can anyone help me

Yes having the same problem... it's wierd cause it was working the other day for me. I can't calim the throne without it.
