[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Trying to play the nature calling but cannot claim rewards, says, Online connecting required.  Please go online to save your event progress and revive rewards. .

    Go to your in game settings, go to other and then click to link your EA account. After you do it, it'll say it has to restart to take effect, but do not restart that way! It seems to be giving players an error and more problems. Instead, back out of that, save and exit your game. It should be fixed after that
