[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

No gallery showing within ps5, I'm definitely connected to the Internet and have all up to date updates

    I have the same problem. I'm playing on Xbox series S and my internet is ok.

    Yeah I have the same issue I'm playing on Xbox series S and my internet is fine and I also can't claim any event rewards

    Xbox series x. No gallery and can’t save. Game is completely ruined, not playable. Save files: GONE. 2 years worth of work and progress.
