[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Since the update on July 10 2025, I have not been able to access the gallery or finish any of the tasks for the event. I can only access my library and the event tells me that I need to be online to complete it even though I am online. I have tried restarting my game and restarting my console.
