[XB/PS] Not being able to scroll/select in CAS

When toddler aged up to child I was unable to edit Sims hairstyle and color.

Same here I'm on Xbox

The gallery is still broken too

This is getting ridiculous it's literally one thing after another

I just updated my sims 4 on console. The CAS is broken, i can't change bracelets or full body outfits on my sims. I also can't change anything on the sims face Features.

Yesss it’s so annoying 🤣 now I got a cute bald sim 🤣🤣

when I try to select anything ( hairstyles, clothes, eyebrows etc.) my cursor will✨ disappear ✨. So now I’m stuck with a cute bald sim 😭😭😭

I’m on Xbox and am experiencing the same thing. Can’t scroll through t-shirts, pants, show all options, and long hair. Guess I’m not playing until it’s fixed. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Playing on PS5, just finished downloading the update for May 12th and found the first bug. So I’ve tried to create a new sim and was about to start working on her hair. I can’t change her hair or scroll through the options. The little green hover thing is stuck on the colour and will not move. I can change her clothes and scroll through them but not her hair. I closed and restarted the game and tried again with a new sim and it’s the same thing. Just realised that it’s only happening with the “medium hair” selection. The “ short, long and up do”  styles all work. When you have a medium hairstyle applied in the “show all” selection it does not scroll at all.

Also every time I create a new sim and a new save everything keeps coming up as new with the star on it, very frustrating when I have everything installed

Chiming in with same. CAS and Gallery are pretty much unusable for most console players. Freezes, can’t scroll, can’t select items, etc. Hope there’s a hot fix soon.

Yeah, the cursor is completely broken for me and I now have the black photo bug when I didn’t before

Literally cant even pick clothes it just doesnt go to the slot everytime I try tapping the outfits and nothing works it only highly the bar or the other outfits stuff but you cant click or change outfit on the sims way to sure fox all these bugs just made it worst for people who wants to make sims but cant now and this is supposed to be the new update to fix the bugs um yeah this didnt fix nothing
