So i’ve been playing on the xbox one for six years now and this is the first time i’ve had the issue of my save deleting itself. While I was playing, I was switching households in manage worlds and when I got into my household I tried to save the game but it gave me an error saying that It couldn’t save. So since i had already saved before I switched households, I decided to restart the game to see if that would fix the problem but it completely deleted the entire save folder. Not really sure what to do right now and i’m a bit frustrated because I’ve worked in the save folder for a long time and I can’t recover it. If someone could help me out that’d be amazing please!

What was the exact error you saw, was it Error Code: 21 or 34?
If i remember correctly I think it was 34? Not too sure though😞
It’s BOTH! It was 34 before I “accepted the terms and conditions” and linked my EA account and now it’s error code 21. Like as in right now tomorrow the WHOLE SAVE will be gone when I log back in. I’ve just redone my sims, created a new game, remodeled an entire house saved multiple times just fine. As soon as I start to play and my sim gets pregnant and I go to save ERROR CODE 34 OR 21. BOTH OF THOSE ERROR CODES.
