Hello, my account has been hacked and the associated email address linked to the account has been changed. The account has also been banned due to violating EA's user agreement. How do I get this recovered quickly? I have a BF6 early access code but I do not wish to redeem it yet as my playstation is linked to the compromised account. I cannot link another account either due to only 1 account being linked. Can somebody please advise how I can have this resolved quickly. King regards BenLost game progress and can’t get it back
Hi guys I’ve been playing apex since about season three, I’ve spent lots of money and made lots of progress. Today I saw that my account got unlinked from my Xbox I go to sign back in and it completely replaces my old account with a new one. I try and sign in to my EA account with my Xbox. And it says I cant and to try again later. How do I fix my issue and or contact EA support for them to help me. Please I would like some answers or suggestions. I have tried to change my password and use other options to go in. It says that account doesn’t exsist. Along with this I contacted EA emails and directed me here I tried there twitter but they didn’t respond or help there.Locked out of my account
I’m currently locked out of my EA account that is linked to my Xbox account. Whenever I try to play battlefield or dead space the game will ask me to sign into EA with an email I no longer have access to, it tells me that it’s reset my password and to sign into my email but I can’t because it’s been deactivated. I’m not sure what to do as I’ve tried going through customer service to link that account with this one that I have access to but they were unable to prove that the account is actually mine. I have a list of purchases made proving that the account is mine so I’m completely lost on what more I can do. Please help me, I fear this may mean I won’t be able to use my main account and worst of all not be able to purchase future titles
Unable to update email address
I have been trying to update my email address attached to my account which went unused for some time, I currently use Xbox linked sign in to use the EA app but I want to update the email address to one I have access to. I lost access to the account that I registered the account with when the ISP shutdown/sold off the domain, which occurred where the EA account was unused for some time. I have seen from another users question on the forums from about 2 years ago with the same issue, they were told to raise a ticket. I have over the tried on numerous occasions to raise a support ticket but get no where. As every time I raise a ticket, it seems to disappear and then a few months later show up as a closed ticket, probably because I can't access the email that is attached to the account or the speak to agent window doesn't open. I would appreciate it if I could be given direct contact information for the support team, rather than raising another pointless ticket that I can't action. The email that is showing on the account currently is [edit: email address removed] which is not the email I registered the account with, nor is it one I have access to.Ea link to psn
I need help linking psn and ea madden and college 25 and it keeps telling me to reset my password with a qr code. I open the qr code and its says 404 page moved or doesnt exist. So ill go to linked accounts mind you I just created an ea account... and try to link psn and it gives me an error code linked to a disabled account... literally says disabled in the error message
Battlefield 6 homepage fails to load completely on ea.com?
Tried to load your Battlefield 6 page in any form be it for info or to preorder and all I get is the background screen and overlays!? Um anyway you could fix your website as I am running on the most current version of google OS as well before anyone asks. See attached pic. Thanks.
EA APP CRASHING SECONDS AFTER OPENING.
This is starting to get ridiculous, i've had this issue along with 4 more of my buddies for months now. Ive did every possible thing that has been said over and over, how theyre getting away with not fixing this is crazy. with Battlefield 6 right around the corner, I garuntee half of the people will discover this **bleep**ty bug after having to come back to this **bleep**ty launcher after forever. I can provide a clip of me starting the app and it closing literally 5 seconds after launching to the login screen. The app is already updated so it says when using the manual updater. App recovery does absolutetly nothing
