[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online
Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Your EA app Error Reporter ID You can generate this from the EA app and post it here in the thread. See [INFO/GUIDE] Index - Troubleshooting the EA app. Once we have these details, we can investigate the issue further and try to identify its cause. Thanks for your help!2.2KViews2likes23CommentsCan't access my EA account

For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!Solved1.3KViews10likes80CommentsCant Launch Battlefield 1

As stated in the title, this has been an issue for me for the last two months. Upon investigating, it has been an issue for some FAR longer than even that. There have been many 'solutions' advised. Most if not all have been attempted. I have even spoken to EAHelp, who, despite me telling what steps I had taken, told me to try 'these new steps'...the same ones I had told them I'd tried. I can understand many 'helpers' are given a script to use, but please, at least read what we've said has been attempted before repeating all the steps already tried. So many have been attempted, I can't even recall them all. Clear cache, run as admin, reinstall app, reinstall windows, create a new profile for windows, various settings within services, checks within cmdprompt...the list goes on. What I have yet to know for sure though, is whether they know of this issue. (I'm sure they do, but can only assume as no one has actually acknowledged anything) If they are actively working on a solution, regardless as what that may be, I would also add 'if they care'...but I feel that's a bit too naïve even for me. They are still, after all, getting money from enough to not care. And just what's going to happen once they do shut down the origin servers, as it has been the only way I can access any EA game! And that was by using a patch devised by someone with the same issue many of us are having with this so called app. I remain open to solutions. Yet hold little hope. Yet more so, I hope for any type of acknowledgment from someone within EA themselves. Even if its to highlight an issue not within their control...as long as it is truly the issue and not a scapegoat or fob-off. Surely there's something that can be done so we can at least play the games we've paid for! Without the app that will not open, run or work!Solved322Views0likes15CommentsTemp mail
My account was banned due to temp mail usage. There is no other reason for this, I was banned because I used it for quick registration and after my long research, these services can result in a ban in the game. That's why I'm afraid that my other main account, which I work hard on, will be banned. Please help me regarding this issue. Is there an ''EA'' official here who can help me with all kinds of controls? He can look at everything, such as the game history I have opened with my account, etc. I have already played a maximum of 3.5 games. I am afraid that my other main account will be at risk or will be banned because of the account I opened via temp mail. Because the account I opened via temp mail was banned.Solved299Views0likes1CommentIssue with Incorrect Email Linked to My EA Account
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with an issue regarding my EA account. It appears that my EA account is linked to an incorrect email address, which I did not create or recognize. This situation has caused several issues, including the inability to manage my account properly. Most importantly, my PlayStation Network (PSN) account is linked to this EA account with the incorrect email, preventing me from unlinking it. Since I do not have access to this email, I am unable to receive password reset emails or make any changes to the account settings. I was unaware that my PSN account had been linked to an incorrect EA account until I attempted to manage my linked accounts. Now, I am completely unable to access my EA account or make any modifications. I kindly request your help in verifying my identity and assisting me in either: Changing the email associated with my EA account to the correct one, so I can regain access. Unlinking my PSN account from the incorrect EA account, allowing me to link it to my correct EA account. Please let me know what steps I need to take to resolve this issue. I can provide any necessary information to verify my identity. Thank you for your time and support.Solved299Views0likes1Comment
