Issue with PC Game Pass and EA Play
I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? I recently got the Xbox Game Pass for PC but ewhen I try to play an EA Play game it prompts me to link an EA account. I follow the steps and when i try to connect both accounts it display this: "The accounts cannot be linked because your account DANTAKULLO from Xbox already has a link with the EA Account (unrecognized email)" The live chat support hasn't been helpful at all, keeps asking me the same questions so I decided to post here. Currently attempting to open a case using EA Help to verify my identity but keep getting this reloaded page stating: "This issue isn't supported by advisors." I had a previous case opened roughly 2 weeks ago that was unable to verify. Is this the reason that message keeps showing up? I want to try again due to unsatisfactory effort on behalf of support team member Alternatively, is there an EA support email address available to assist me in verifying account? Ultimately, I want to join EA Play Pro, currently Game Pass Ultimate with access to EA Play on EA app for PC. Unbeknownst to me at the time of joining Ultimate 1 month ago, these two accounts were linked YEARS ago and I no longer have access to the email address I used when creating my EA account. I don't want to lose the progress I've made in the EA games I've play thus far Any help would be appreciated
Can´t download games with EA play even though I have Xbox game pass
I currently have an xbox game pass pc subscription, where I should be able to get EA play, but when I try to download games it takes me to the EA app, but it only appears the options to buy the game or subscribe to EA play, even though I have the game pass and my Xbox account is properly linked to my EA account. My EA id is JMNRACER and I have already tried to unlink and then link the accounts again as well as signing out and then back in on both EA and Xbox.
EA Play Cancelled while Xbox GamePass Active
I have a complex situation, and I'm hoping someone has an idea. When I started XBox GamePass, I had already paid for an EA Play membership. If I remember correctly, I mistakenly signed up for EA Play again. Then, a few days ago, I received a message that my EA Play membership was gone. Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding the EA Play subscription display on PS5. Yesterday, the monthly EA Play subscription payment was charged automatically. In the PS5 payment history, the transaction is shown as successfully completed, and the subscription details indicate that the next billing date is in one month, so the subscription is clearly active. However, I am experiencing the following issue with how the content is displayed: - When I go to PlayStation Store → EA Play subscription → View Games, it shows only 3 games (two of which are already installed). - At the same time, if I search for EA games manually via the Store search, they are marked as “Included with EA Play” and I am able to download them without any issues. - This indicates that the subscription itself is working correctly, but the EA Play subscription page does not display the full game catalog. Additional information: - I have already tried Restore Licenses (I understand this applies to individual games, not subscriptions). - I have restarted the PS5 and verified that the EA Play subscription status is Active. My question: Is this a known issue with the EA Play subscription page on PS5, or is there a way to refresh or correctly display the full EA Play game catalog within the subscription section?
