Webstore Crystal Purchase Issue
Hello folks, Players reached out letting us know there was an issue with purchasing Crystals on the Webstore. We have identified that the TOP line crystals buttons are broken and will result in an error when trying to click through them. If you are looking to purchase Crystals, you can still scroll down on the webstore and purchase them. The team will fix the top line in a future update. Hi CG_Meathead Can you please make your devs aware that, since the update, the game just became unplayable on the Samsung S22+ (not so old of a phone). The issues I am experiencing are: - Load time on the LucasFilms & Disney screen just stays there for ages - Game closes itself - Lag when changing screens - But the absolute worse one is, my phone just becomes way to hot near the front camera, and I mean really really hot. Downloaded CPU-Z that reports that the battery goes up to 42 Celsius after being 1 or 2 minutes with the game open but the Thermal sensor went to a ridiculous 60 Celsius. What has been tried so far: - Clear the game cahe, result: no change. - Reinstalled the game, result: no change. - Cleared the phone cache, result: no change. This behaviour only started after the update that was in the Play Store, so it must be related to the game and not to the phone. Needless to say that such high temps can cause serious injuries to myself and the ones around me as something may happen to the battery and is definitely not healthy for the phone either. Just in case it is important: - CPU is an Exynos 2200. - 40GB of free space still - 3GB of free memory when I open the game. One last thing, I have the game also installed in another Samsung XCover6 Pro and all the above do not happen on that phone. If you happen to read this, thank you. Hello. Since the update yesterday, I am virtually unable to play the game on the mobile app. This is due to a mixture of several issues Loading times - I frequently spend upwards of 15 minutes stuck on the Lucasfilm/Disney loading screen Game crashing for no apparent reason - Doing any action ingame may cause the game to crash and close itself Low FPS - Every PVP/PVE Gamemode is very difficult to play due to severly low FPS. This leads to unresponsive UI - often having to spamclick abilities in long matches to have any chance of avoiding timeouts Game restarting every time I switch to another application - Unfortunately this game relies heavily on outside-resources such as discord, swgoh.gg etc. However, after the update, if i switch from Swgoh over to chrome/discord for even two seconds, the game shuts down, and restarts itself (which can take up to 15minutes as explainef in pt. 1 My device: Samsung galaxy S22+ Fixes attempted: - Installed the latest Android update - Uninstalled and reinstalled swgoh - Cleared app cache/memory - Deleted unused apps + cleared background processes on my device (in case it was running low on memory - it wasn't really) I can't think of any user error that would cause this, and have seen many other people having one or more of the issues I'm experiencing. Ok so since latest update during a gac loss I'm faced with a box that says forfiet or submit, if I click forfiet I have to fight all the chars again even if I killed 2. If I click submit the game crashes and tells me I need to restart and that the client is out of sync, which it wasn't when I started the fight. This is Incredibly frustrating as my time is limited and I can only get on during certain times of the day, this current GaC round since the new update is woeful at best can someone please explain what this new system is that's been put in place and why the community haven't been made aware of this new change yet??. It cost me a chance of a win tonight but after 3 restarts for clicking submit I feel somewhat robbed of my chance of getting the win that was within my grasp. Sonne like two months now I can’t play FIFA 22 or 23 because my connection to the EA servers was interrupted. I tried everything, restarting my PlayStation an my router, deleting the game, checking the status of the games but nothing seemed bad. Can someone help please?!226Views1like7Comments
