Ahsoka Ultimate Bug Removing Buttons

Sometimes when I use Ahsoka's ultimate the next time an enemy damages my team my ability buttons disappear and all the characters are just frozen until the battle's timer runs out. 

Here is it happening against JMK and SLKR.
