Bug report: Pet purchase limit stuck at two pets in each home
To the Support Team, Following the latest update, many The Sims FreePlay players are unable to purchase more than two pets a household from the Pet Store. The pet limit for each lot had previously been increased to 16, but now the game only allows two animals in one house. Even with 3-star Pet Stores fully unlocked, the issue remains. Hello, The Sims FreePlay team, I would like to suggest an intermediate lighting option, softer than enhanced lighting and better than classic lighting, to work on more Android devices. Something simple, without harsh shadows, would greatly improve the visual experience for many players. Hey everyone. I'm not sure what to do. I was finally working on unlocking The Orchard House, and I had completed day one. Then I updated the game and went to start day two. However the game shows the unlocked house and I am unable to complete the tasks because it still says I'm on day two. I tried opening up a case but I kind of just went around in circles. I'm nervous about getting behind on this as it is a timed Quest. Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with Google Play sign-in since the latest update. My wife and I both play The Sims FreePlay on the same device. Before this update, I was able to log her out of Google Play and sign into my account to access my save without any issues. Now, the Google Play option is greyed out, and I’m unable to log her off at all. Because of this, I can’t access my own game on the same device anymore. This setup worked perfectly fine prior to the update, so it seems like something has changed or broken. Sharing a device between two players is pretty common, so this has made things really frustrating. I’ve already: Confirmed Google Play is signed in on the device Checked app permissions and settings Restarted the device Nothing has fixed the issue. Is this an intentional change, or is this a bug introduced with the update? And is there any workaround to switch accounts again? I’d really appreciate any help or clarification.
