Party/Social Boat
I don't use Facebook so the default neighbor is my only option. It has worked pretty good until a recent update, where all of the houses were updated but I have noticed there are no phones in any of the houses, also magazine is gone. Not sure if I am missing anything else because I like getting the social points but when I can't find the item I use my LP points. Not sure if anybody else that has used the default neighbor has noticed this too, wanted to get it out and hopefully fixed. I really have enjoyed the Sims Freeplay.
Game merged with tutorial, progress lost, game stuck
Hi all! There's this problem I have been facing with the game and I hope you all can help me. I uninstalled The Sims Mobile on Monday due to some issues and reinstalled it the same day. My game is connected to my Google Play account, and normally, when I reinstall, I can log back in without any problems since my progress is saved through that account. I've never had any issues in the past. However, on Monday, when the pop-up appeared asking if I wanted to access my saved game and I selected that option, I discovered that most of my progress was missing. I had previously reached level 48, but now I’m back at level 1. It seems like the game has merged with the tutorial. All my builds and items, including those in my inventory, are gone. Although the game is still linked to my Google Play account and the correct progress appears to be available for download, the tutorial won’t stop even after I choose to restore my saved data. As a result, I’m stuck. I can’t navigate to other locations, several buttons are missing, and I can’t access the menu. My starter house also has no doors, so I’m unable to place anything required to move past the tutorial. I have contacted ea support several times since Monday. They ask me to raise the issue in-game through the help menu. The problem is that the sidebar containing the help buttons itself is missing. I'll attach a screenshot to show how the game is appearing right now. The advisor asked me to post the issue on the forum so here I am. I also contacted EA Help via mail but they haven't replied yet. Skin colors like red, blue, green, pink, purple, gray, etc... There's something I believe many players miss on The Sims Freeplay, and the fact we can't add CCs to this game makes it kinda sad, I believe many of us players would like to get creative not only with our Sims customization but with furniture too, The Sims Freeplay is a great game and the fact it's mobile allows us to play anywhere we are. So I'm asking please, continue updating the game and adding more customizable content or allow CCs on a future update for the game, so the community can get more and more creative. Can we please bring back the Frank LLoyd Wright houses they were beautiful I accidently lost mine. I am literally begging here. I'm level 17, and there's only one requirement left for me to advance to level 18, which is to add a new sim. However, I can't add a new sim because of the sim limit, even though I'm within the limit (15/16). I've already removed a sim, and it didn't help. I am unable to sign-in to the online store 95% of the times and keep getting an error message saying I should sign-in to an account on my device to connect to the online store. I mostly play on an phone (galaxy note 10) and yes, my game has been and still is linked to my Google play games account. Whenever I open the game on my tablet, I dont have this issue. Restarting my device doesn't resolve the issue. While I may be able to sign-in to the online store immediately after restarting, the issue reoccurs. I had contacted EA help before but nothing was resolved.Quest issues
So I just downloaded the game and I've reached level 8. To level up I need to complete the "2 and a half sims" quest but the issue is that this quest says I must build the baby store. When I click on the baby store, it says I need to have completed the 2 and a half sims quest first.... It makes no sense and I don't understand what to do now ... Please help asap
