Sweet treat showdown not giving last box reward to complete reward track
I've tried 5 times now doing the events in the sweet treat showdown to use the currency for it to claim the last box in the reward track, and it takes the currency but gives me balloons that I already received several times and it doesn't complete the reward track at all. I tried closing the game and reloading it each time. I tried completing it with different Sim characters, too. Nothing has worked and I still don't have the final rewards that I earned. Is there a way to report this bug and get a refund? I paid money for the event boost and now I can't claim the rewards from completing the event. Shouldn't I get my money back?

I opened a case and chat with a service provider but he told me to create a case again and i still cant . so as my impatient behavior rises, i told him that i am gonna end this chat and start a new case. But i cant create case or chat again. But they closed my case without solving my problem. The problem is i purchased the bundle, the bank transit happened and the items didn't come into my account.
Bug : Discussing a movie
Hi, It's been a long time since I noticed that when you construct the celebrity's caravan in the cinema, it starts bugging and a customer gets in the way of your Sim, which cancels it's action (that lasts 1h30...). It continues even when you upgrade it (I'm currently at level 18 of the celebrity's caravan). It happens to me everytime I try that action, so the only solution I found is to leave the cinema as soon as I start the action... but when the other Sim that works there has finished an action, I have to go back to the cinema, and the first Sim's action gets canceled. Am I the only one that encounters the problem ? I play on Android.Sims free play on phone
I recently download Sims FreePlay on my phone I've made three purchases and did not receive any of them and they refused to refund me or to give it to me because I don't have a PC or a laptop to send them a screenshot and my phone is not an acceptable screenshot proof of purchase. Even though you can see the letterhead the email my GA number the time it was purchased how much the purchase was all in my screenshot but since it's not a PC it's not acceptable which is absolutely b******* ended up disputing with my bank and deleting the game. I have been having issues with the Sims Springs renovation events and it's affecting my progress to continuing building the rest of the town..I have been having this problem forever..i tried to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it fix itself but it didn't...the game won't allow me to skip nor proceed with the progress..I already renovated 3 of the houses and I just needed one more house to renovate in order to complete the event...but again, I can't complete it and I'm stuck cause of this technical error on the game..i been playing the game on a Samsung tablet..cause of this error, I would never be able to level up either.. please help.. I need an advice on how to fix this issue..also the updates never fixed the problem either so waiting for updates to fix itself will not work either..
Back to the Wall challenge???
I'm playing Sims Freeplay on my phone, and I'm stuck at 82 percent on the " Back to the wall challenge" I can't build a upstairs room, I've tried everything? Been like this for 4 months. I even tried building a small room separate from the house like a garage & putting up wallpaper in there. It's so frustrating 😫 Any help appreciated!!! Thank you!
