Keep getting disconnected from UT
I have been continuously getting disconnected from the server since yesterday. I can't complete a single game. And no, I don't have an issue with my internet because this is the only multiplayer game that keeps having this issue. last game, I was winning 3-0, and my opponent quit, and I got disconnected from the server, unable to access UT. Restart the game, and bam, I have a DNF, and my rival's progress is reduced. Fix your Fing game EA. This is so annoying. How are we gonna trust you and pre-order FC26 when you can't keep your servers in order?
Not letting me submit sbcs
Last night I was doing sbcs in ultimate team just fine as usual and go hit with a disconnection and sent me to the fc 25 home screen, and this happened every time I tried to submit any sbc. So I waited 12 hours and its still like this I don't know if this is a glitch I just wanna grind sbcsAnyone else getting “connection lost” constantly???
I run on an Ethernet cable, I have fiber optic, I have never once lagged on this game. My internet is super strong I’m getting 1gbps, but it doesn’t matter what mode im playing. Once in a while I can get maybe an hour or 2 where it doesn’t crash if maybe I get lucky and I’m on a good server??, but 90% of the time even if I’m just doing challenges in UT, by the 3rd play it says “lost connection to the EA server”. I know it’s not a connection issue. I don’t have a problem with any other online game, like I said I never even deal with any lag. It’s getting so irritating, I paid for a game that I literally can’t play. 90% of my games I’m being kicked within 2 minutes, and I can’t get in touch with any customer service at EA to see if there’s maybe an issue with my account or something. I know a friend of mine I play with is having the exact same problem though, losing connection constantly and he is also using fiber optic WiFi with 1gbps so is anyone else dealing with this???it’s driving me nuts I pay for great internet and I can’t play a game I just spent money on smhEAFC25 servers are available but not for me.
Ever since the recent update on Thursday the 17 July 2025, whenever it's 9pm till 22:10pm in South Africa Cape Town , my game Crashes and I can't log into Ultimate Team or clubs, it says that the EA servers are unavailable when they are because all my other friends are playing. It's not a WiFi problem because I use Lan and my WiFi is on its highest. And it's only EAFC25 that this happens to. Please can you sort this out ASAP
Disconnecting frequently
Could you please update me with the results of your monitoring? I can update you. I experience the same issue. I try to play the game occasionally (once in 2-3 days) but nothing changes, still drops me out mid game, can't even finish a match. I tried everything I could. 1. I tried both wifi connection and wired connection, neither works. 2. My internet connection is stable. 3. Checked, restarted router several times. 4. All the other games work, including other EA games (NHL24, FC24) 5. I cleared system cache 6. I configured network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as DNS servers 7. I set UPnP active on modem/router Nothing seems to work. I have already lost at least 30+ games due to connection error. This is getting ridiculously embarassing. I paid heavy sum of money for this game, and has been buying all NHL-s since 2019. I literally stopped playng the game I used to play 200+ hours a year. Very very disappointing.
