They've already shown us, they don't care about breaking online H2H games.

When is EA going to put Madden online h2h quarters back to 5 minutes and fix punting for college football
C’mon EA fix the Roster Update enough already.
On top of roster issues now the r3 function or button is available on H2H.
So I live chatted with someone this morning who actually acknowledged the issue which is first time I have seen in 16 days. They said that it was server related that they cant seem fix it yet without shutting the entire game’s online capabilities. I told them that the game is pretty much unplayable currently and if they were to shutdown entirely that it would be embraced since it would show something is being done at least. I think they just refuse to shut down MUT bc of $$. I told them the harm to their reputation by not just doing it and getting it fixed is costing them more long term bc they are losing people for good.
I also asked how is it possible that not one single EA rep did not say the exact same thing anywhere here or on X or anywhere just once in the past 16 days. Took 20 seconds for the guy to write it.

I have just not played in the last two weeks because of this roster difficulties / issues . I need a refund because I can not play madden 26 anymore
