Xbox quick resume causes "network connection issue"
If you forgot to close the game before shutting down the console you will be welcomed with network connection issue every time you try to go into online modes. I receive the following error every time I attempt to play an online game mode on my PS5. ERROR CODE: 90529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 Several of my friends in my club also receive the same error when attempting to play online. Offline modes are unaffected. Wired connection with 700+ ms… no internet outages (tested with Verizon). Losing connection in Rivals/Champs/moments/squad battles and constantly taking losses. Never had this issue until NHL 25. I don’t have an external hard drive or anything else (except controller) plugged into ps5. Rep from EA turned off account verification and said it would remedy (which it did not). Please let me know how to fix as the game is not playable in any online mode as it stands now. I was told in EA chat yesterday to post a picture of the lost connection screen before anyone could diagnose. Not sure how this screen will assist considering it says the same thing every time.
