Xbox series x crashes ever 1 or 2 rounds

I started playing Apex again after a half year break. But for some reason the game crashes or freezes every 1 or 2 rounds. No error code, nothing. Sometimes i get a blackscreen and get send back to the home screen, sometimes the game just freezes and i have to force close it myself and once it even shut down my Xbox. 

I already wrote the support but there is no fix for now from their side. I really want to get started again but it just makes no sense to play right now, if i crash out of every ranked game i play. 

I'd be very thankful if someone can help me rn! <3
