0ef3ehtjemdd I wouldn't get either of the first two laptops because their hardware is too weak to handle the more demanding expansions. Pets and Seasons would likely cause crashing, and Island Paradise and Into the Future might be a problem as well; even the next tier down might not run well.
The third one is fine for Sims 3 on a mix of high and ultra graphics settings. If you're not going to get a gaming laptop, this processor and graphics chip are about the best choice at the moment.
If you want other suggestions, these two are equivalent to the last one you linked in terms of performance, but they both have twice the storage, and the second one also has 16 GB RAM. That's not necessary for Sims 3, but it's nice to have for multitasking and will probably be helpful in the future as well, as other basic apps (like browsers) get more demanding and use more memory.

This is an alternative with only 256 GB storage but that should have equivalent performance in Sims 3. It's not any better than the two above, but it's a viable choice if you don't like those two for whatever reason.
