Having issues with cross progression

I came from PS5 and have spent a lot of money on that account from over the years. I’m currently on pc. I had 1 friend that was able to transferred his stuff and I was attempting to do the same. I failed and did not get my progression. I played for a little and then stopped playing apex. Now I’ve been back playing consistently and want my progress from my ps5 account. I reached out to EA support chat and got told my progress had transferred while simultaneously getting told my progress didn’t transfer. I got told you can’t transfer progress while being told you can. I asked what I can do to further pursue this and they told me to post on forum. I have screenshots of my entire interaction showing the contradiction and no resolution in my issue.  If someone can assist me to obtain my ps5 progress for my now pc account I would be forever grateful. Thank you in advance!

    I'm not sure with what information Customer Support is operating here, but to me it looks like they are still using outdated information.

    When Cross Progression rolled out (& Now), you would not have needed to do anything to 'transfer' any of your progress.
    What Cross Progression aimed to do, was to bring all the data from the Platform Accounts to the EA Account itself*, so that any platform account connected to an EA Account would get the progress from the EA Account, making it possible to access all your in-game content on all the platforms.

    You should be able to access your PS5 content if you log in with the EA Account on the EA App, or with a Steam account linked to the same EA Account that your PSN account is connected to. How are you currently trying to access the content from your PS5? (What platform are you playing on? That kind of stuff)

    Are you sure you are using the correct EA Account on PC? You can see which Platform accounts are connected to an EA Account on this page: https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/connected-accounts
    Make sure the correct PSN account is connected to your EA Account.
