Hey Lukester192010,
Sorry for the confusion here, as they appear to be a bit mistaken on the details. At this point, all EA accounts already have cross progression.
Cross progression allows you to access the content on an EA account with whichever platforms (Xbox, Steam, Switch, PlayStation, etc.) are linked to that particular EA account. Since your progress is stored on the EA account however, it's not possible to transfer or combine progress you've made on two separate EA accounts.
If you unlink a platform from one EA account and try linking it to another, your progress will not transfer. You'll simply be able to access whatever progress is already on that destination EA account. Unlinking can also cause problems accessing whatever content is being left behind on an EA account, so we generally do not recommend unlinking as it is not a way to transfer your progress.
Is your Switch/Nintendo account linked to its own EA account, separate from your Xbox account? This account page will show which platforms you have connected to a specific EA account.

So my Xbox and switch account both share the same email to have an account and I have apex downloaded on both of those consoles. But when I check the connections page the switch isn’t there?

Using the same email for Xbox or Switch accounts does not matter. We can't see your Xbox or Switch account information. What matters is which EA account they're linked to in this case.It looks like you have an Xbox account linked here, but your Switch is not, and so must be linked to a different EA account if you've been playing Apex on it already.
The support team may be able to help track down which EA account is connected to your Switch account, but I'm afraid it's not going to be possible to transfer any progress between the two even if you locate that other EA account. Progress cannot be combined or moved between separate EA accounts.

EA_Mako so I spoke with support and they said my switch apex account is linked on the ea account as my Xbox account. So why is it not cross progressing?

Sorry Lukester192010, but that is not the case unless you're using an Xbox account different than the one connected to the EA account you're posting with currently.
You can check your own account page here to see which platforms are connected to a particular EA account. It would show up like the image below if linked (my image, for reference). It doesn't look like you have a Nintendo account linked to this EA account.

Right Lukester192010, that would be because your Nintendo account is linked to a different EA account.
If you have any other emails that may have been used in the past, you can try logging in to see if you might have an EA account with that email, then check the connections page to see if that's where your Nintendo account is linked.
If there's an email you no longer have access to or you otherwise can't recall what other account may have been used, you'd need to speak with our support team to see if they can help track that down.
Just to be extra clear, even if you locate this other EA account, there is no way to combine or move that progress to your Xbox account.

No it’s not I spoke with support and they confirmed that it was on the same ea account as my Xbox account was.
Here’s proof
