Mass effect legendary Edition wont launch on GFN
I previously had Xbox Game Pass and played Mass Effect Legendary Edition via GeForce Now. After my Game Pass subscription ended, I bought the game through Epic Games and linked it to my EA account. However, whenever I try to launch the game through GeForce Now, the EA app gives me this error: Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. I already tried deleting all my trusted devices from my EA account, but the issue still persists. What’s going on here? BF 2042 works fine.Apex companion app not showing up in app store
I was curious if the app has been pulled from the IOS store, I just got back into playing the game and when trying to look up and download the app it doesn’t show up, is there a work around for this if you didn’t originally download the app when the game first came out?Unable to play in offline mode
I had an internet outage today during the middle of a game, so I saved it to be safe, which worked fine. I then exited and tried restarting in offline mode through Steam, as the local files let me do this with most of my downloaded games. Because the game needs to run the EA app before starting, I got an error message saying it couldn't find the servers. It said to select "Keep me signed in" the next time I logged in as well as select offline mode. When my internet came back on, I started the EA app, made sure to select "Keep me signed in", changed to offline mode, and as an experiment, switched off my internet to test the setup. I was rewarded with a message saying it couldn't connect to the servers and to try again later. Anyone out there had a similar issue, or is there a step I'm missing?A way out - Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll]
Hello everyone, I bought "A Way Out" via Steam over on year ago. I played for few hour long time ago but now I'm back to continue whe I launch the game, I get the following error: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll] Error: 0x7E I am on a fresh installation of Windows 11, on recent hardware, completely up-to-date via Windows Update. I follow on the following similar issue but without results: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/ea-originals-discussion-en/a-way-out---invalid-license-reason-code--missing-dll-xinput1-3-dll/7627028I I also follow on the help sections and did the reinstalls and cleanups and what not. It looks like a EA bug. Steam doesn't want to refund my game and sends me to EA for a fix. However, I can't reach EA. Anybody knows a solution in this case or I have to give it up? Hi, I'm having a problem launching A Way Out on PC. When I try to start the game, either from steam or the EA App, i get the following error (in the image attached). I've already tried verifying game files in Steam, reinstalling the game, clearing the EA App cache, and even reinstalling the EA app itself. The game still won't launch, there is no .exe file in the game folder, just development files like Haze1.uproject. I purchased the game on steam, my steam and EA are correctly linked. I contacted EA Support, but i'm still stuck. Could someone please help me get the game working, so I can play? Thanks in advance!282Views1like0CommentsNeed help.
Okay, so if you saw my previous post, I asked how to unlink my EA and PSN account from a disabled email. The response is that I need to contact an EA Help Advisor for assistance. Which I know, but I don't know how to do this process as I try but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone who has experienced this or someone from EA, talk me through the process in detail, so I can contact with an EA Help Advisor to resolve this issue? Here's a screenshot of what the context is, for those who are confused:Solved120Views1like8CommentsDisabled EA email account
Hey y'all! I didn't know where to post this, but here. So, I finally got Split Fiction for the PS5, as I've been wanting to play it for a while. However, when I tried to link my PSN account to my EA account, it wouldn't. It wasn't until I discovered that my account is linked to another email, but it's a disabled email. I tried to contact EA for a case, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me, please, with this situation?Solved100Views1like2CommentsA Way Out - Trouble Connecting to Servers
Me and my boyfriend have played It Takes Two on Steam and everything was great. But when trying to play A Way Out, we were required to connect our steam platform to the EA and play the game through there, even though we bought it on Steam. Now, while trying to play it keeps kicking us out saying that the other playing is not responding and the session will close. I don’t know what the issue is but we’re both connected with Ethernet and we have never had issues playing online. By reading the forums I understand we’re not the only ones. What should we do to fix this issue? We really want to play the game.82Views2likes0CommentsIt takes two connection troubles
I've been frustrated with this issue that I've been encountering wIth It Takes Two when trying to play online with my brother. We are both on PC and I have EA Play and he's using friend pass. Initially when booting up the game for the first time we had no problems but when we tried to play again the next day when I invited him it took a while to load on his side and eventually tells him that the player has left the session when I am still in that session. This has been super frustrating as we have tried over multiple weeks to find a solution from verifying game files, reinstall the game, moving the game to a different drive, switching between launching the game on steam vs EA, deleting appdata files but nothing works, thus was done on both PCs. There was only once it worked after I reinstalled the game but after a couple of hours we disconnected and the issue persisted. Another thing we tried after giving up on it takes two was to try and play the other Hazelight game, A Way Out, to still have the same issue in the other game. We don't have connection issues on any other game we play together online so it seems to be an underlying issue related to these game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.81Views1like1CommentHELP. Unable to connect to game lobby (Split Fiction)
My friend bought the full game and I had the friend pass, but then this screen appeared after accepting my friend invite. I thought this was a friend pass problem so I bought the full game from steam. And yet still appeared the same screen either my friend host or me, we both bought the game from steam. I realized that in my EA Launcher with steam linked EA account it doesn't detect split fiction, but maybe its because the game doesn't need the EA account to play in same platform and I didn't even start playing the game yet so maybe it somehow doesn't detect it? Search everywhere but no one really ever had the same problem with us, does anyone have any idea what to do?373Views0likes2Comments
