Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?
EA PRO Subscription issues
I have already paid for the subscription on paypal, but PayPal shows："Your payment method will be charged when EA Swiss Sarl completes your order." and "Your payment method will be charged when Electronic Arts, Inc completes your order." The payment has not been completed either and it keeps showing "Pending processing" Want to know how to solve it

Let us buy games while having an active Pro subscription
I want to be able to buy BF2042 (currently on sale) so that I can stop my Play subscription at some point and still access it, but that's just not possible. This must be a mistake, because I can't imagine EA wouldn't let us give them more money. On the web store, I simply cannot click check out. In the App (horrible, by the way, objectively inferior to even the worst version of Origin), I can add the Elite Edition upgrade to the cart, but not the base game. And maybe this is just to prevent the careless from buying a game they have access to unecessarily, but I don't care about them. I know what I'm about, stop holding my hand.
EA Play Pro Issue
Hello, I purchased EA Play Pro thinking I can use it for Madden and BF6 on PC then play College Football on PS5 which seemed like a good deal. I went to download College Football on PS5 and it has come to attention EA Play Pro does not work like that? Is that accurate? Is there plans to change this or bring College Football to PC? I have a problem, i linked xbox (with gamepass ultimate) account to my EA account, so now i can click install in xbox account to install ea play games, but after that it redirects me to EA app to buy a game or buy an ea play and does not let me play it or even install it (there is screenshot of what's happening but its in russian)
