EA Play Pro was cancelled without consent, now charging higher than promised.
I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section but it does not connect me to live support. I want to continue with my membreship with the said price. The emails that are sent to me are in the picture. One is belonging to year 2024, on that year, my subscription was succesful and I was a EA Play Pro member for the whole year, so don't mind that it says EA Play on the mails. You can check my membership status if possible to see I was a Pro member, and you can also see that I played FC 25 with it, which was not available to the regular EA Play members at the time. Plus, I already bought some FC Points because I thought that my membership would go on as promised. And I cannot connect to live chat to continue my case, so I am seeking help here. Please fix my issue so I can continue my membership as promised.
Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?Ea come on
I purchased the EA play pro subscription last night. It worked up until 4 o’clock this morning when I got off I just got home from work at 10:30 but to go play and it’s completely gone. It shows the game just installed, but it shows my membership is completely vanished and the money took out in my bank I don’t know what to do. I don’t get it. I just wanna play
EA Play Pro charged me but didn't activate my subscription.
I purchased EA Play Pro today on the website. EA charged me but has not activated my subscription. I see many other people are having this issue. I don't want to file a dispute, but I may have to. Здравствуйте, не удается купить подписку еа play pro с карты Монобанк ,Украина. Пробовал и грн и долларовый счёт. Ошибка: не удалось проверить ваш платежный метод, попробуйте позже или укажите другой" как то так. На данный момент есть EA play от Xbox Ultimate, хочу сделать себе pro.
