"...Dismiss them from their role to further pursue a relationship." Is what came up when I tried to propose. Turns out my boyfriend isa mail carrier and im a writer, theres a conflict of interest. Ive never seen this before! Breaks the immersion when I have to go to household management to make him quit his job. :neutral: Why even enforce this? If i wanted to marry him so I could keep selling 'bestsellers' (honestly, I love him for his personality! :p ) the game wouldnt let me. Does a romantic relationship actually affect the writing career? Hes not even the sim that delivers my mail.
Cannot edit preexisting sims
Okay so I don't know what's going on. I made a Sim and his Brother. One Sim had 2 kids and a wife, and now their relationships are all screwed up. I can't make my Sim the uncle to the children, only Brother, one of my kids has their Father listed as their brother. My Sim Uncle has his nieces and nephews listed as Roommates. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE! I love the game so far but holy crap that's annoying. Also when you get married her last name does not change. I hope these are all things fixed in the next update. Anyone else having this or similar problems?
"_____'s Spirit is Fading Away" Message. What is this?

Some of them are old family members, but some are random people I've never seen or heard of. I keep googling this and I can't find any mention of this anywhere. It seems related to the recent patch that changed how culling works, but I can't be sure, as I haven't played the game in 6+ months. It's also worth noting that I have my culling limit set to 150, and it says I only have 62 Sims so far, so I have no idea what's going on. If this is the game's way of clearing all the ghosts, I'm fine with it, because my world is currently overrun. Thanks!
Sooo Why cant unplayed sims make their own decisions (Marry,Children and Dating)
Im having this problem, So in my game I have 2 or 3 familys that I play but all the other familys are dying out... Is this just my game, can anybody tell me if maybe its my settings? I just want the sims to keep reproducing.
Puppy cannot go upstairs.
So I've run into a serious problem, made a new save, made a puppy and purchased a house in the new world, my problem is the puppy cannot go up the stairs and there is no way to carry him, why isn't there an option to hold your puppy? So my sim's puppy is stuck outside because he cannot get go up the stairs!Feedback: Share with us what you would want to see in the game

I LOVE DINE OUT, but A few things need to be ironed out in my opinion.. like: The "Disallow new customers" .. new customers are still entering. Am I doing this wrong? The Customers who I recommend dishes for are NEVER greeted by a server and the dishes arent made. Its like " You recommended it huh? well go make it. Dinner Parties arrive late. One sim (Finally takes their seat) and a few sim hours later another sims joins their table (sometimes from the same household) Sims (when they finally sit and order) Take the the drink and place elsewhere (after getting up) so they are just standing there not doing anything. After ordering I notice sims tend to get up.. probably go back to the hostess stand, I know shes cute with her make up and all but sheesh. Sometimes Wait staff do not show up for their shift. I don't know if they knew we were open or just had to take a sick day which never came in the mail. Cannot add a new uniform.. we have to edit an existing uniform Booths are not registering as proper seating Sims are leaving their books on tables So Far these are the issues that I have in my game. Everything else seems to run smooth. When go out as a customer things are fine (Less sims at restaurant though) but when I'm running my restaurant that is where I have problems. Feel free to add to this list or if you have any solutions <3 Some solutions I have: Ensure mods are disabled.
