Funny pics
Do you ever capture pictures from fun or awkward situations in your game? Often my sims will make me smile just because they did position weirdly, making a totally normal situation look funny. - Hello again, Hairdresser, I got a complaint! Your solution turned out to be unpractical. Are you sure I can't have a ponytail, without the horse?5.3KViews52likes575CommentsTownie Fashion Police
Sul sul, Simmers. Townie Fashion Police was one of my favorite threads in the "old forum." It was always good for a few laughs. Z and I think it's time to bring it back, and so does our friend Daniel. When your festival attire is more outlandish than that of the cosplayer you're sitting with, that's a job for the Townie Fashion Police. "What did I do to deserve this?" Daniel asks the camera. At least he has a tasty cheeseburger to enjoy.2.1KViews19likes147CommentsWhat Are Your Merfolk Doing Today 2.0
Since the old thread has multiple broken links and things are different here. I decided to create a 2.0 version of the old thread I created. I thought I would create this thread as a variant of the “What happened in Your Game Today?” thread. Serial and non-serial updates are welcome. Any mermadic discoveries in the Sims are more than welcome, including discoveries while using mods. Let's give our MerSims the spotlight here! Tips for what to share: The Only Rules: Keep the updates focused on merfolk! Denizens of the sea like Cecelia, Kelpies, and other variations of ocean dwellers are welcome here.1.2KViews4likes129CommentsBreaking That Fourth Wall
I caught a really cute picture that made me think this would be a fun thread. Please post pictures of your Sim(s) that you caught breaking that proverbial fourth wall. For those who may be unsure of what this theatrical term means, it's when the Sim appears to be looking right at the player. Here is the picture I found so adorable. This is my Rock Star, Erik Cantrell, holding Melodie, identical twin A, as he's ready to place her in her crib for the night. https://i.imgur.com/uN4vO5B.jpg7.7KViews5likes297CommentsCompetition Reality TV Sims 4 Gameplay Challenge
Total Drama Sims Camp Challenge (A Sims 4 Summer Gameplay Mini-Challenge Inspired by Competition Reality TV) Created by: CozyCutieClub Streaming This on Sundays: https://www.twitch.tv/cozycutieclub Intro I LOVE watching reality TV so I thought, why not turn it into a Sims 4 challenge? If you do post this anywhere, please tag me and use the hashtag #TotalDramaSimsCamp. I’d love to see your challenges!!! My Socials Instagram TikTok YouTube Twitch Setup The Total Drama Sims Camp Challenge is a reality-TV-inspired summer camp competition. This is a flexible, highly customizable challenge that works great as a personal save or interactive streaming/YouTube series. Play as the omniscient host, a camp counselor, or even a contestant—whatever you prefer! There aren’t really any rules. You can go about this however you want! You’ll Need A household of 7 sims (ideally young adults, adults, or elders) A camp lot with basic survival needs, a VIP room, and a confessional A schedule of themed weekly challenges and rules (see below) You may also want to build or download lots off the gallery that will work for the weekly challenges (more below) A list of sabotages and advantages that will impact individual sims during challenges VIP Room Let challenge winners access a needs/skill-boosting room for 4–6 sim hours. Here's what (maybe) went wrong...
Just for fun... maybe. So, imagine a meeting taking place at the The Sims 4 Developing Team Center HQ, 25th floor. Let's assume the CEO of this division is named Mr John, and head of the team for the next pack is Hugo (who might need to consider some hearing aid). Mr John: So, let's start our meeting. Hugo, are you ready to present us, the board members, with the progress so far? You got the case during a very busy (vacation) period, so we are now very excited to get an update on your work with this new pack. Hugo: Sure, Mister! The new pack looks... well, interesting, and definitely something most simmers never played with before in the sims. I'm thrilled to tell you guys more. Mr John: Please move forwards. Some of us can stay for only 15 minutes. Hugo: Sure! Let's dive into The Sims 4 - The Ferry! Mr John: Ferry? Hugo: Yes, it will be great! The title can of course be adjusted as we see needed. The core features are what we worked the hardest on, and I have not forgotten what you told me about so many fans requesting a Ferries pack. Mr John: No, wait! I never said anything about ferries! I told you about so many requesting FAIRIES! That's not the same! Have your team spent 6 months on developing ferries for the game? Hugo: Jupp. It was quite difficult as we were told there is no plans to add cars to the game, and, well, you know. A ferry with no cars would need something else... than cars... Mr John: (breathing heavily) Hugo: We created a brilliant ship that sims can walk into. We thought of adding a shuttle bus just to get them safely on board. And the new "I love ferries" trait caused some extra thinking. Randomly blowing a little whistle felt a bit narrow. But we figured it would be better focusing our talent on the features inside the ferry. Mr John: (grunting to himself) Talent? Hugo: The ferry has about 10 different settings. Settings can only be changed before walking on board. One setting is floral decoratives including tons of garden gnomes and butterflies. Another is a dark inferno where the simmer must try to avoid that the ferry will sink - after all we don't know if Grim will refuse to go underwater to collect souls. Another setting is a jolly Winterfest shopping ferry, with plenty of small shops, kiosks and activities, including 4 new collections. Aaand, we have one super exciting setting where it turns out that your sim by mistake joined a ferry booked by a large group of retired seniors, so your challenge will be to find the only Adult sim that is on the ferry that day - will be tricky because all seniors - men and women - have dressed up as Bella Goth... Mr John: Please stop! No theme involving fairies? Hugo: Yes, all of them involve the ferry! That's what this pack is all about! Leaving the harbor, then arriving another harbor and leave the ferry. Perhaps returning back home a few hours later. I just wish we had cars so that everyone could drive their car on and off the ferry, but to please the board we remembered to add a couple cars as set dressing. Mr John: Hugo, this is not what we asked you to develop! You are fired! Hugo: Thank you! Mr John: For what? Hugo: For you saying that I am hired! I appreciate that! Disclaimer: I'm pretty sure that neither the developing team nor the board work like this 😄326Views15likes6CommentsStrangerville, why are all female military ladies MAXED?!
I'm only using a skin, eyes and some makeup for CC so its not a mod issue but for some reason ALL the strangerville town military women (like the townies who walk around) have their chest sliders MAXED out. And by I mean maxed I mean ridiculously so in a way I've never seen the game randomly generate before. At first I was like...hey now! But now I'm more like...freaked out. First are they even real?! The women I mean um...second I came to realize theres not a SINGLE man in uniform I've encountered in strangerville, just very buxom female soldiers. Which creeps me out a little like in a very stranger danger sixth sense kind of way. So my Sim who (for fun I made a quick CAS edit) after a very strange walk downtown, went home to discover his wife had also become MAXED! - but she claims he never noticed. Like a guy never would notice...if you can't trust your sim waifu who CAN you trust? https://i.imgur.com/mdCxQjJ.gif Clearly they are aliens replacing our women and eating our men! Or worse...I dont' know whats worse, but being eaten doesn't sound fun. AAanyway I was wondering if this has effected anybody else or if they are just premade this way? (I don't think townies are though right?) Outside of my "fun" side story with the wife/body snatchers this is actually a real problem! I think? or not? I dunno.... I actually tried restarting a new town/save and it happened again. MAXED! And no male military personal anywhere to be seen... Thats strange right? Is this a bug, or an invasion? I just don't know what to trust anymore... https://i.imgur.com/MA0wP1z.gif778Views2likes11Comments
