I've got an Xbox one - I went to go play my game the other day, when opening my save it said that content was missing, and that I was missing packs that were used in the save. I went to the manage game and add ons section all my packs were still listed. So I restarted the game and the console both multiple times to see if that would help - but still registered as missing content. I noticed that I was also getting store notifications for packs that I have purchased and owned already. After checking on here, I went back to the manage add ons section, selected all and uninstalled the packs. This caused all the packs that the game thought was missing to completely disappear from my list of add-ons. I reinstalled the few remaining packs (it seems the ones that I have purchased this year remain) in the hope that might job the programs memory. So now that majority of my game has completely disappeared - so 42 of my packs/kits, and only 9 remain. How do I get the rest of my packs back - especially considering they have fully disappeared from my add-on section.All my extras are gone after reinstalling
Hi, i had to uninstall and then reinstall my game but after reinstalling none of my kits or packs are being acknowledged in game. On the actual EA app it says they are bought and installed, but in-game it says i need to restart everything for them to show up. Even after trying that, they still wont show up in game. My saved games look so ridiculous standing around essentially naked. I bought the extras and my base through EA, so it isnt some mix up with steam and EA. If i go to any of my previoisly purchased pack, i can purchase them again and they show up saying "installed" and yet i cant actually access them.Missing DLC
I know Sims console is the most glitches game in the world, but I come to peace with that what I am not in peace with is having to buy expensive packs then having to buy them again so I have an old Xbox that runs every game slowly, of course one of them being Sims and occasionally it will crash or whatever but today was different. I noticed a few of my games weren’t loading so I decided to reset my Xbox and re-download my games again. I read out the sins and I noticed a lot of packs or missing. I uninstalled it and reinstall it again to make sure in a lot we’re still missing I checked, and it shows that I have to re-buy them again. I already spent hundreds of dollars on the game and you’re telling me I have to spend more absolutely not. I fill my pets bowls and have a sim call the pets, the pets go to the bowl but do not eat from it. I have tried using different pet bowls and having them in different places but they still won't eat.
