Unable to Download Fairy Garden" Pack + Gallery Ownership Issue

Question

Hello,I'm currently experiencing two issues with the app and game.First, after clearing the cache, restarting the app, and repairing the game, the latest pack — Enchanted by Nature: Fairy Garden Digital Content — will not download. It shows an error stating that I don’t own the content. I had to cancel the download in order to launch the game, as the error keeps appearing.The first three attached photos relate to this issue.Secondly, in-game, when I go to the Gallery to download lots, I'm encountering a problem with pack ownership. Although I own all the packs, the game incorrectly shows that I don't own a specific pack. As seen in the next three screenshots, it initially lists "Business and Hobbies" as owned, but then displays it as not owned. If I attempt to place a lot that includes content from that pack, I receive an error saying items have been removed due to missing ownership.Could you please help resolve these issues? I’m unsure what else to try and it's becoming quite frustrating, especially since I do own all the packs.Thank you for your assistance.&nbsp;

For the missing content, do you own the bonus items that were included with early purchase?&nbsp; I ask because the screenshots that show the B&amp;H and Gro content as not owned each have two corresponding icons side-by-side, and perhaps one of each is for the bonus content.

Hi,&nbsp;I never taught about that, no I do not own the bonus content, for most of them as I just started playing and buying the packs.&nbsp;&nbsp;I think it's actually that, not owning the bonus packs. Thank you for your support. Right now it's too late to be able to get those bonus contents, it's it ?

Lau9311​&nbsp; It's too late to get the content from EA.&nbsp; Some unauthorized third-party sellers do offer codes for the content, but these are typically more expensive than they should be by a significant margin.&nbsp; And the items aren't special—they don't have extra functions you can't get elsewhere.&nbsp; So I'd just ignore the issue and replace items yourself as necessary.
