GL Ahsoka Tano missing buttons
Twice in the last two days, while using a GL Ahsoka Spectre team in Territory Battles, the ability buttons disappeared and never came back. The characters stood there doing their idle movement, and turning on Auto battle did nothing. I waited for 5 minutes and nothing happened, and I had to forfeit and get zero waves.

Pour commencer, je vais vous avouer que je ne sais même pas pourquoi je me fatigue encore à venir ici vu que vous n'en avez sans doute rien à faire de ce que je vais vous reporter et que mes précédents passages n'ont jamais été satisfaisants. La dernière fois que j'ai voulu signaler un bug, je l'ai fait dans ma langue natale, le français, comme maintenant, parce que je n'ai pas un niveau suffisant en anglais pour exprimer tout ce que j'ai à dire. On m'avait répondu d'utiliser une langue supportée, me listant alors une liste dans laquelle figurait justement le français !! A croire que vous ne lisez pas du tout les messages ou juste que quand ça vous dérange, vous mettez simplement la poussière sous le tapis. Génial. Voilà ça c'était l'introduction sur les bugs dans vos services. Maintenant j'en arrive au problème principal qui concerne la Légende Galactique Ahsoka Tano (j'abrégerai en GLAT dans la suite pour aller plus vite, déjà que ça va être long). Outre le fait que ce nouveau personnage est complétement déséquilibré et donc quasiment impossible à passer avec des moyens normaux, il cumule un certain nombre de bugs qui n'ont pas évolués depuis qu'elle est sortie, je vais commencer à croire que ça fait partie du personnage : si jamais il y a un risque qu'il perde à la loyale, hop là petit dopage technologique pour pas décevoir nos amis qui ont sauté dessus dès sa sortie... Pour se resituer, les 2 bugs que j'ai identifié (je les ai tout de même eus très souvent) sont survenus pendant que je jouais Empereur Eternel Sith et Dark Bane, ou Suprême Leader Kylo Ren : Personnage vaincu pas vaincu C'est assez simple à concevoir, quand un personnage de l'escouade attaquante (souvent Dark Bane) est vaincu, alors il n'a plus de vie, ne joue pas de tour, n'est pas ciblé, etc comme tout personnage vaincu, mais ne pas disparaît pas, ses talents uniques sont toujours actifs et il n'est pas compté comme vaincu. Un vrai fantôme. (image jointe) 2. L'arrêt du temps ultime C'est peut être juste moi qui ne sait pas lire, mais je n'ai pas vu dans le descriptif de la capacité ultime de GLAT une quelconque ligne visant à influencer l'espace-temps... Pourtant lorsqu'elle utilise sa capacité ultime, il devient impossible d'utiliser une capacité (il n'y a même pas les boutons) et GLAT souffre apparemment d'un grave problème de schizophrénie (je vous laisse voir la vidéo jointe vous comprendrez). J'ai récemment eu un cas où les boutons étaient affichés mais impossible d'utiliser les capacités spéciales, uniquement la basique, comme si il y avait une entrave des capacités invisible. Voilà je conclurai là dessus en espérant que vous saurez faire le nécessaire pour résoudre ces différents soucis qui font que ce n'est pas tous les jours une joie de jouer à SWGoH. Territory War not visible
At least me and one other guild member have not been able to see, access, or navigate to TW this cycle. Our other guild members were able to join it like normal, but we weren't able to join or participate because we literally couldn't find it. Now we are both locked out of rewards. The first image shows that there is no sign of an active event from the guild screen. The second further shows this. Any help on this would be super appreciated! As a FTP player, I really rely on being able to do events like this consistently for progression, and I worry this will happen again in the futureLegacy Datacron Issue?
Hello, Ally Code: 979-873-949 I’ve returned to the game after 2+ years and I’m having issues i’ve never experienced that I believe are tied back to old datacrons. When I choose a battle in squad arena, my arena squad is preloaded and a loading bubble pops up and i’m locked out of any actions until I restart the game. It happens before I can clear or edit the squad. With the new TW started, i’m now able to recreate the issue by assigning one of my old datacrons from 2+ years ago (which causes the loading bubble to pop up and lock me out of actions until I restart). The datacron menu in TW appears bugged. When i go to the normal datacron inventory menu, I only show 3 new datacrons that do not show as options in my TW selection. I believe squad arena is likely triggered by something similar where the system likely sees an old datacron and doesn’t know what to do so it locks up. Fleet arena works fine. I have a ticket open but no luck so far as uninstalling the app (ios), restarting the game, and trying different devices doesn’t fix the issue. Guild rename help
Hi, I’m Solios, the guild leader of "L'universit? des Baguettes", my ally code is 142488147 (I can give my Profile ID later if needed) I have an issue with renaming my guild in SWGOH. I’ve tried to contact EA support using menu in SWGOH game itself. (Case #207610607) Good thing about the support is that they at least answered my request, but that is all. They showed themselves as absolutely incompetent and useless, they kept advising me to go on a link to go seek help through the game into the settings which is only bringing me back on the EA Help website. It almost feels like they are not even reading what I'm writing over there and god it is frustating. Even though I’ve asked and mentioned multiple times that I need to change the guild name in game, that I screenshoted everything I could, took videos to show that I am the owner of the account Solios. It is frustrating that as a guild leader can’t change the name of my guild on my own, using in game methods and are leading to mumbo-jumbo with the support. Can someone advise if there is any way that I can resolve this "We need to make sure it is your account" issue where they are not listening to me and change the name of the guild based on what our guild members decided? Minor but still very annoying
On the RoTE planets screen, the formatting of the “back” and “home” buttons are too far into the left and right corners of my phone screen (slightly cut off by edge of phone screen). edit: this formatting changed with the most recent update they used to have the same positions as on the other screens Everywhere else they are in their normal, easy to tap, position. I do appreciate the recent adjustment of the even more annoying toast windows hovering over the screen in a new place. Hoping this can be fixed too. update: territory war just started. It’s the same thing there. Buttons too far into the left and right corners same as in rote planet screen.
