Guild rename help

Hi,
I’m Solios, the guild leader of "L'universit? des Baguettes", my ally code is 142488147 (I can give my Profile ID later if needed)
I have an issue with renaming my guild in SWGOH.

I’ve tried to contact EA support using menu in SWGOH game itself. (Case #207610607)

 Good thing about the support is that they at least answered my request, but that is all. They showed themselves as absolutely incompetent and useless, they kept advising me to go on a link to go seek help through the game into the settings which is only bringing me back on the EA Help website. It almost feels like they are not even reading what I'm writing over there and god it is frustating. Even though I’ve asked and mentioned multiple times that I need to change the guild name in game, that I screenshoted everything I could, took videos to show that I am the owner of the account Solios.


 It is frustrating that as a guild leader can’t change the name of my guild on my own, using in game methods and are leading to mumbo-jumbo with the support.

Can someone advise if there is any way that I can resolve this "We need to make sure it is your account" issue where they are not listening to me and change the name of the guild based on what our guild members decided?
