sims 4 not working every other day
alright beyond annoyed at this point.. soo before i start, i have cleaned out my mods, deleted and reinstalled the game 4 times in 2 days , did repair like every hour on the ea app, i only have two add on which are island living and dine out , deleted and reinstalled **bleep** over and over and still get either , game install is wrong, sims 4 is currently not working .. and so on , i have gotten like 4 different type of reasons why the game cant start TODAY ot in the morning YESTERDAY but i played lastnight .. its starting to get so annoying. what can i do? before i stop playing sims all together and find something else!!!!!!!!!!! i already have enough space and all that on my computer and i only have 300 cc mods which include just hair and clothing/ shoes nothing extra for gameplay but **bleep** . i dont even have mc command anymore! and im not palying without mods because sims is so boring that way soooo i need help ! idk what else to do ! i have factory reset my computer twice !
sims 4 crashes my pc, constantly crashing
i'm not sure where else to ask for some advice on this issue, and i may need guidance on trying to figure out how to hopefully resolve this. the issue: sims 4 will crash at random times, or even crash/blue screen my pc. my pc is brand new cyberpowerpc that is meant for gaming. i only have these issues when playing sims 4, so i figured it may be a direct cause. this happens with or without mods/cc. i have tried clean reinstalls, new saves, and even reinstalling my graphics drivers. my current graphics driver is NVIDIA's geforce game ready driver version 577.00 and it is up to date. i also checked my computer for ram issues, additional driver updates, and for repairs... everything seemed fine but i could be missing something. sims 4 is also "optimized" in the graphic driver's settings, but unsure if i need to adjust something else.
Can't update
My gaming laptop has 222 GB of storage space. I only play the Sims 4, that is the only game I have on my computer. But the game is so large that I ran out of space, and I can't download the new update! So I can't play the Sims 4 anymore! I already stopped buying any new Sims 4 content after For Rent. I don't have all the mods because there is no room. I emptied my cache, my documents, pictures, did disc cleanup. Ugh, anyone else with this same problem? How many GB does The Sims 4 REALLY need for all the content? What can I do to get more room to allow this game to run? This is ridiculous. Should I just give up on The Sims 4?
HELPPPP APPRECIATED!! lost packs n failure to launch
I lost 14 packs. When the system did the big update when I logged back in they are now saying unowned and my family was bald and missing clothing. It back end must know the content is there cause townies are also walking around bald n missing clothing as well as it identified missing items when I log in to play or visit a new location. They were purchases with another username but for several months carried over until the update. Alsooooooo I keep randomly getting error msg when trying to open my games, Ive repairs several times. uninstalled and reinstalled. restarted my computer several times. Still getting an error SIMS 4 AND SIMS Legacy. Help is appreciated. Thank you
Sims 4 flashes black and white then crashes
Good morning! This is an issue I started facing a day or two ago, and, despite all attempts, it keeps happening. When I start up the Sims 4, my screen goes white as if it's loading, but then it starts to flash black and white with a blue loading thing on my mouse and glitches around in size as if struggling to fit my screen (which is especially weird because it's set to the correct resolution for my computer 1920x1080). It then crashes with no acknowledgment of a crash. Here are some of the things I've tried so far: Reinstalling the Sims 4 Repairing the EA app through uninstalling on my computer app settings Upgrading Graphics Drivers Removing files: Sims 4 on Electronic Arts Restarting my whole computer (there might be more I've done, I'm just tired and can't remember) I've tried opening it through curseforge, steam, EA, and no matter what I try to open it through it just doesn't work. I really miss playing the sims and want to get this fixed as soon as possible, but I don't know what to do anymore. I'm unsure of what information/reports you guys need so please let me know how to get those if you can. I attached my dxdiag file because I've seen other people attaching that. I'm not good with computers, so I hope that it's the file thing you need.
Cheapest laptop for sims4
Hey guys, I’m looking for the cheapest gaming laptops I can play the sims 4 on with mods, packs, and expansions. Inexpensive ones because I don’t want to fret if it gets stolen/broken while traveling. I want to be occupied and immersed that I forget I’m on a 12+ hr flight. Playing sims will do that to me lol. Used laptops are fine too. Possibly under $300? $200?
