J'ai fait 3 dossier à EA mais ils me mettent toujours en attente, et ferme mes tickets sans que le problème soit résolu. Ainsi vous êtes mon dernier espoir. Je vous explique mon problème: Mon compte avait été piraté et cette personne avait lié son compte Steam à mon compte EA. Cette personne avait été bannie sur Apex Legends. Je ne pouvais donc pas dissocier son compte Steam. J'ai fait un premier ticket où ils ont dé banni mon compte EA. J'ai donc essayé de dissocier son compte Steam, et le système m'a écrit qu'il l'avait marqué comme dissocié.
