Time to fix your games before we all stop playing
EA this is getting ridiculous. An issue that's been in the game for over 2 years is still not fixed yet you guys keep dropping new games and adding cards to ultimate team. People spend a lot of money on release to get what should be a finished game but instead we get games filled with bugs. People are constantly on forums and trying to get help from support but it seems like your own staff has zero clue what's going on. This is beyond frustrating. I grew up playing EA Sports titles at a very young age. Some of my favorite memories growing up involved playing Nhl, Fifa and Madden back when your company actually gave a **bleep** about their users. Over the last couple years you guys continue to put out half completed games with little to no fixes and updates. This is very disrespectful to the community that supports you and allows you to have a paycheck. You all need to wake up before its too late. This community is hanging on by a string and when 2k and other major competitors start making these games again I'm afraid you will lose your thrown and maybe even the business. The fact I and many others can't even play offline modes like career mode in Madden and its been like this for over 2 years with no permanent fix just explains it all. EA doesn't care anymore. Clearly your either hiring uneducated employees that have no clue how to code anything properly or you guys simply don't care and only focus on adding new cards for people to purchase on ultimate team instead of focusing on the gameplay and bugs that never get attention. I promise you if this is how you guys are going to continue doing business your fan base will leave and you will no longer be the company you are today. I have a family member who works at your office in Vancouver and even they know EA has zero respect for the community that built it. CEO's and management only care about their big bonus at the end of the year and their employees get under paid. This whole company is run by corporate morons that have no business running something they aren't passionate about. Please for the sake of the community that built you, do better.
Game refuses to fully launch after latest update.
As stated above, my game has refused to launch after the latest patch. I have done everything on my own end to resolve this: i.e. fresh install, deleting specific folders, updating drivers, fresh install on a different drive, etc. I have the game purchased through Steam and before this latest update, I was able to play it just fine. Now, it only opens a black window for a second or two before closing. It doesn't even make an attempt to load. I have over 100+ hours in this game and I am now entirely unable to play it and cannot even request a refund. (Not that I'd like to. I'd like to be able to finish the game. :/ ) I have seen others have this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a fix. I hope that perhaps a fix can be released in an update soon to sort this issue out. I'm not sure what else I can do. I have attached a screen recording to show what happens on my end.
Anyone still not having the DLC show up?
I've decided to start a new thread to see if anyone is still experiencing this issue. It's been 1 month and 3 patches so some people might have had this issue fixed. For me however, I still do not have access to my pre-order and deluxe item DLC. They are installed in my game but they are not unlocking in game for me.
Patch unable to load more than 30%
I cannot download the update further than 30%. I already re-started everything, did the solution given from EA to clear cache from the launcher and still it does not load further!? I was looking forward to continue my game today and now I can't and it is very frustrating... anyone having the same problem? Or a solution to fix it? qwqPvZ2 Game Progress Lost After Update – iOS
Every time PVZ2 updates, my entire game progress is erased, and I’m forced to start from the tutorial. What Happened: I installed PVZ2 and started playing. After an update, the game reset to the tutorial page, and all my progress was gone. I reinstalled the game and started over, but after the next update, my progress was wiped again. This has happened multiple times now. Why does my game reset after update, and how can I stop this from happening?
Request to Extend Evolutions Due to PSN Issues
Hey EA, I understand that the current PSN issues are out of EA’s control, but since EA FC 25 is sold on the PlayStation Store, many players are unable to access Ultimate Team right now. This means we are missing out on completing Evolutions and objectives due to circumstances beyond our control. I kindly request that EA consider extending the expiration and unlocking time for Evolutions, as they are a core part of the Ultimate Team experience. It wouldn’t be fair for players to lose progress on Evolutions they’ve invested in simply because the platform is inaccessible. A 30-day extension would be a reasonable solution to ensure fairness. We invest a lot in this game each year, and a gesture like this would show that EA values its community. Please take this into consideration, as we dont know how long the PSN issues will last. Purchased Sims 25th Anniversary Not Showing in Library
Ugh >.< So annoyed I bought the bundle and will show you in photos but its not coming up in my EA App. It's under my personal email, it shows on the site that I have it but for w/e reason it is not coming up on my EA APP. So this shows all the games I have not much. HERE YOU CAN SEE THAT I BOUGHT THE DANG THING, lol it is post to be in my library but it isn't. Also, I'm just showing that I bought it today and it shows a completed process but it is not the EA APP. I clean all the cache, data, you name it, I restarted my PC. would like to play my game so I can live it like its 2001 :)
