Stuck on Connecting to Online Services
After the initial startup and the game pop up mentioning account linking, I click continue, and it's stuck on "Connecting to Online Services" Steps I've tried so far Restarted the Game Restarted PC Restarted Router and Modem Ran Ping Test and experiencing 0 packet loss Tried VIA WiFi and Hardwired Tried via a mobile hotspot with different internet connectiong. No dice.Fresh install stuck on Download in Progress
I just installed the game on PS5 and when I launch the game it says “Download In Progress”. It’ll let me create a character but once I finish creating it pops and alert that asks me to “Please wait for installation to finish”. It’s been sitting for over an hour now with that message still spinning.
Can we get an official response for the missing DLC?
It's been over 2 weeks and no official word with what is going on with the missing DLC. Many of us are still unable to play with the pre order and deluxe items. We spent our money on this and still nothing. Two patches and still nothing. What is going on?
Game won't install from Disc (Xbox X)
I bought a physical copy of DA:V for XBox X but am having issues installing it. It installs fine until it prompts me for Disc 2, then sometime after the install stops. Usually around 58% I've un-installed and tried power cycling my console a couple of times and even tried downloading in offline mode just in case the Day 1 update was interfering but nothing has helped. Once I get to Disc 2, the install keeps stopping. No error code given.
My download is endlessly stuck on "preparing".
I've tried everything, cleaning the cache, redownloading the EA app, updating it, repairing it, freeing up memory. Anything I could think of (and what I was able to find on the internet). Nothing worked, I'm stuck, I recently wanted to get into the game again and now I'm not able to
Purchased Sims 25th Anniversary Not Showing in Library
Ugh >.< So annoyed I bought the bundle and will show you in photos but its not coming up in my EA App. It's under my personal email, it shows on the site that I have it but for w/e reason it is not coming up on my EA APP. So this shows all the games I have not much. HERE YOU CAN SEE THAT I BOUGHT THE DANG THING, lol it is post to be in my library but it isn't. Also, I'm just showing that I bought it today and it shows a completed process but it is not the EA APP. I clean all the cache, data, you name it, I restarted my PC. would like to play my game so I can live it like its 2001 :)[EA App] Sign in With Your EA Account Error
Why am I suddenly getting this 1. I did not play the game on EA Play or EA Play Pro subscriptions 2. I cannot resize or get to the password box 3. The last time it appeared, I clicked on the X and closed it, and the game would play and run after restarting the EA App on the PC. I do not get bonus content pop up any more so no Deluxe and Pre-order content appearing, possibly connected If anyone has an answer, I would love to know how to prevent this from occurring Regards IainCan’t Download EANHL25 deluxe preorder for early access
So I preordered EA NHL25 deluxe edition on PS5 so I could play 7 days early. I went to download it on the day it’s supposed to be available and instead I see the countdown until release day. I check my games library and it says “download” as if it’s available but there’s no option to download. I check the PlayStation website library that has an option to click download but it just says “waiting” for the last 20 hours. The PlayStation app has a download option but it said “error” with no code or reason. I checked with PlayStation support and didn’t get any help saying it wasn’t an issue on their end. So I’m resorting to this, if it isn’t fixed today I’m demanding a refund, it’s truly horrendous that I can’t get a direct answer from EA and have to go to a community forum.
Close On Launch?
Upon launching the game immediately following the new update the game shows the EAC splash as usual but immediately upon hitting the title animation it closes? Tried repairing from ea and launching as admin from diff exe's. as a smaller content creator this kinda sucks not being able to play and create!
