No chat or TB officer commands
I’m my guild leader, and I can’t access in game chat or TB commands. Neither one shows up in game. I have tried restarting the app. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This is a major inconvenience for trying to guide my guild through the last phases or TB. I am on iOS. My ally code is 575-244-815.
Not getting daily rewards
Hello, my daily rewards tab has been greyed out since I came back to playing over a week ago. I contacted support they said to try uninstalling and reinstalling which I’ve done multiple times yet it hasn’t fixed. They said there was no issue with my account after they checked and that my rewards ‘will be back soon’ yet they’re not. I have VIP 3 so I feel I’ve missed out on lots of daily cakes. I have no idea what else I can do to try and fix this.
SKATE. Bug Report – "Skater's Perspective Tour" Mission
I encountered an issue with the "Skater's Perspective Tour" mission, specifically at the step where you are supposed to follow the AR path to the Tri-Towers. When I reach the indicated location (Tri-Towers), the mission does not start, making it impossible to progress in the game. The marker remains active, but nothing happens—even after waiting in the area or restarting. This issue has been confirmed on multiple platforms: PS5, PC, and iOS. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this, as the bug is completely blocking campaign progression.SimCity build it app not loading game
Hello, I’ve been unable to go through customer support due to the issue, I have an iPad 9th gen on version 18.5 with SimCity being fully up to date. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app but that has not worked. On the rare occasion it does work, anytime I go into green valley it crashes. The game most of the time will simply crash after the loading bar finishes. This issue has only started happening over the last two days. Skin colors like red, blue, green, pink, purple, gray, etc... There's something I believe many players miss on The Sims Freeplay, and the fact we can't add CCs to this game makes it kinda sad, I believe many of us players would like to get creative not only with our Sims customization but with furniture too, The Sims Freeplay is a great game and the fact it's mobile allows us to play anywhere we are. So I'm asking please, continue updating the game and adding more customizable content or allow CCs on a future update for the game, so the community can get more and more creative. For the players, life is more than black and white, let your emotions flow like rainbows and bring them like art to the game. Drink water and have a good life <3Missing quest rewards
Hello EA, There is a glitch in my game. The quest says I will get 2000 gems if I train all players to level 25. I have already done that, but the reward is not coming and the quest is still showing as incomplete. I have attached a video to show that all my players are trained to level 25. Instead of the 2000 gems, I kindly request 1500 Ragnarok shards as compensation. Thank you.
