Persistent Gameplay Crashes - EA Sports College Football 26

This issue occurs regardless of the game mode I'm playing. The issue does not occur during menu navigation. The crash manifests as follows: * Freeze: The game completely freezes, becoming unresponsive to controller input. This can happen during live action (e.g., mid-play, after a tackle) or during menu navigation within a game (e.g., selecting a play from the playbook). * Unresponsive Input: During the freeze, the game itself does not respond to controller input, but my Xbox controller still allows me to navigate the Xbox Guide menu. * Manual Quit/Crash: While frozen, I am able to press the Xbox button on my controller, navigate to the main action menu for CFB26, and select "Quit game." If I do not manually quit, the game will eventually crash on its own, returning me to the Xbox dashboard. * Inconsistent Timing: The period between the initial freeze and the eventual crash (or my manual quit) varies. Similarly, the amount of time I can play before a crash occurs also varies with each new reboot of the game. Hi there, It is extremely frustrating when building in a residential rental lot type, the game becomes extremely laggy in-between actions. For example I add a wall and then have to wait like 30s for the game to unfreeze so I can continue building. It doesn't matter if I have 2 units or 6 on the lot, the performace sucks. I am primarily a builder and want to move families into each lot as I build, but it is virtually impossible to do this as the build mode becomes unusable due to the issues mentioned above. Please fix this as it is an INTEGRAL part of an expansion pack and for it to not run smoothly is a total failure.
Low FPS with good hardware
I have been with the FPS for a long time with two worlds once in Ciudad Enamorada in the neighborhood “Plaza Mariposa”. And now with the new expansion pack “Enchanted by Nature” in all three new neighborhoods. When I scroll out to see everything, the FPS goes down to below 40 - 50 FPS (In the worst case 30 FPS) and despite good hardware. This also applies to bulit lots. Hardware: Windows 10 AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (8x, 3.60 GHz) RTX 4060 SSD 1 TB 32 GB RAM Game Settings: Everything to the max (Ultra), but it can't be possible to have such a low FPS when zooming out on good hardware! Game-Version: 1.116.223.1030 (DirectX 11) Packs: I own all the packs. Other: Yes, the graphics driver is up to date. Yes, cache has been cleared. Yes, the game has been repaired UPDATE (11/07/2025): Tested in different worlds. The result was that the newer worlds are not optimized or the engine, whatever the problem is. It should be tackled! If you also have good hardware, then it's not up to you!
Can't replace lots and can't build
When I try to replace a lot with another, it won't build over top. It just destroys the existing the lot and replaces it with flat land. AND build mode isn't cooperating so I can't build on top of the flat lot anyway. I spend most of game play in build mode, so this is unplayable for me at the moment.
[LD] Edith the Ghost Replaced by Random Sim
After the update released on July 1st, Edith the Ghost from the Life and Death expansion pack has been replaced by a random Sim, as seen on the videos I shared. I currently own all packs. I noticed the problem after Edith appeared in my residential lot when watching the "static" TV channel. After that, she was MIA. I was just trying to enjoy a cheeky session of fut champs during the futties promo time period and I encounted a slight problemo with your system that I would like you to have a look about. So you see I was in the middle of a game and suddenly disaster struck and I was falsely accused of having bad Internet and thy man was kicked out of his match and now he cannot play due to pure frustration about this whole situation. I would love this to be fixed and I will ge asking for compensation. Oakley smith
Visual glitch

The sims might be wearing CC clothes but her shoes are in game content and it seems like the visual glitch is coming from there. Also it doesnt seem possiable to use the 'apply to all outfits' on the new headwear category which is weird. ive never reported a bug before so i hope i did this right.
Game takes unreasonable time to load
Hello! I took a break from playing the Sims 4 in March. With all of the problems caused by recent updates I was hesitant to play again, even though I wanted to. I spent 7 hours yesterday just trying to get into the game. I removed Gshade, all script mods, and repaired and restarted (and deleted localthumbcache) so many times, as well as deleted so many things on my computer in case it was storage. It would take 30+ minutes just to launch, then another maybe 20-30 to get to the menu screen, where the family woudln't even be on the screen and it was very laggy. So I removed my mods folder completely. This game is unplayable without mods, and I don't even have that many, not to mention I never had this issue just 2-3 months ago? Without mods, it launches in about 10 minutes, but still lags very heavily. I have most expansion packs before 2023, almost all game packs and stuff packs, and no kits. Attached is a photo of what I see in cas, no mods, traits are nonexistent. I have a gaming laptop from 2020 (NVIDIA HP Pavillion), so if that's the problem please help... Do I get some type of new computer part?
The game is lagging since enchanted by nature release.
My game has been very laggy since Enchanted By Nature pack released. If I hit 3x speed it'll go but then if I click normal speed it'll click back to 3x speed or it will take like 30 seconds to actually go back to normal speed or pause. If I click for my fairy sim to do something she'll glitch andjust stand there until I have to manually reset her using shift click.
