Significant increase in ping to EA FC servers since around July-August 2026
For a long time, I had a stable ping of around 18–20 ms when playing EA SPORTS FC (PS5) from Kyiv, Ukraine on the European/Polish server region. However, approximately two months ago, my in-game ping increased by around 10–15 ms and has remained consistently higher ever since. I now usually get around 30–40 ms in EA SPORTS FC. The issue affects EA SPORTS FC 26 and FC 27. It is not limited to a particular game mode or a single match. I have already performed extensive troubleshooting on my side: Tested the connection using a wired Ethernet connection directly to my PS5. Replaced/troubleshot my home network equipment. Switched to a GPON connection to eliminate potential issues with the previous Ethernet connection in my apartment. Tested different Ethernet cables. Checked my internet connection with multiple speed tests. Tested multiple speed-test servers, including servers in Poland. These consistently show approximately 16 ms latency, which is close to what I would expect based on my location. My general internet connection therefore does not appear to have a significant latency problem. The increased latency is specifically noticeable when connecting to EA SPORTS FC. This makes me suspect that the issue may be related to the routing/peering between my ISP (SunNet) and EA's game servers, rather than my local network or internet access. I have also noticed that other FC players have reported a similar increase in ping during approximately the same period, with some users reporting an increase of roughly 10–15 ms. This makes me wonder whether there has been a change in EA's server routing, network infrastructure, or the way traffic from Ukrainian ISPs is routed to the relevant FC servers.

Hola, Quisiera reportar varios problemas de conexión que estoy experimentando en FC 27 en PS5, principalmente al jugar Ultimate Team y Grounds. Durante las sesiones de juego, el juego presenta diferentes problemas de forma intermitente: En algunos momentos se queda cargando y, después de un tiempo, termina sacándome de Ultimate Team. Cuando esto sucede, tengo que volver a cargar el modo y esperar nuevamente para poder continuar. En ocasiones aparece el mensaje de que la tienda no está disponible. También he tenido problemas para iniciar partidos, ya que en algunos momentos no consigue comenzar el encuentro correctamente. Estos inconvenientes ocurren de manera intermitente, por lo que no siempre es posible reproducirlos en el mismo momento. Lo que más llama la atención es que en FC 26, jugando en la misma PS5, podía jugar sin este tipo de problemas de conexión, mientras que en FC 27 estoy teniendo que invertir mucho más tiempo simplemente para poder entrar y jugar normalmente en Ultimate Team o Grounds. Agradecería mucho que pudieran revisar si existe algún problema relacionado con los servidores, la conexión con Ultimate Team o algún otro aspecto del juego que pueda estar provocando estos errores. Entiendo que pueden existir problemas puntuales de conexión, pero cuando se presentan repetidamente terminan afectando bastante la experiencia de juego y consumiendo más tiempo del esperado para poder jugar. Si necesitan información adicional, como mensajes de error, horarios en los que ocurre o algún diagnóstico de conexión, puedo proporcionarla para ayudar a identificar el problema. Hello im playing from iraq and in game we have a very noticeable delay (pocket loss) although we have a good ping its 30-40 most of the times, i think we play on Turkey servers but we have that connection issue that makes the game unplayable we reached out to our internet provider and they said its an Ea issue not ours, we love playing this game you have such a big fan bace here but its not playable unfortunately
Rückerstattung beantragen bei EA FC 27
Ich habe inzwischen bei ea ein Rückerstattung für meinen Download von EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition beantragt. Nach den Richtlinien für den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum EWR erlischt das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Inhalten normalerweise mit dem Download, aber nicht wenn das Produkt fehlerhaft oder unvollständig oder nicht wie beschrieben funktionsfähig ist. Das ist es nach meiner Einschätzung bei mir jedenfalls nicht. Vielleicht sollte EA auch von anderen angeschrieben werden, damit sich etwas ändert.Bugs constantes desde fc25
¿Qué tal? Felicidades por el juego pero hay varios errores que se mantienen casi desde fc 25. Jugadores Creados: Solo se pueden crear jugadores nacidos como muy pronto en 2005, y estaría bien poder crear jugadores de 17, 18 o 19 años que hayan nacido en 2006, 2007 o 2008. Los jugadores creados siguen sin tener icono de imagen de la cabeza. Si lo puede tener nuestro jugador creado de modo carrera de jugador, ¿porqué estos no? Modo carrera crea tu club: Las equipaciones de los porteros de los equipos creados siguen teniendo un escudo genérico no elegido por nosotros una vez finalizada la configuración del crea tu club. Las equipaciones, en las cinemáticas de los inicios de partido salen siempre en rojo y verde, independientemente del color de tu equipación, así como en la imagen de la plantilla tras realizar una incorporación de traspaso a tu equipo. Creo que pueden ser cosas fácilmente solucionables y que le darían al juego mucho más realismo y empaque. Quizá de esta manera muchos de nosotros compraríamos el fc 27. Gracias.Eafc27 game crushes
I play on PC Predator helios neo 16. Its happening to me most times and happened before with eafc26 and eafc25. Game just closes or black screen appears( i think its kernel) after which i need to reboot my pc and it says under it that the cause was eaantiacheat. I really need the fix because i tried everything and it always comes back. Right now it started crushing everytime after 10 seconds.Trop de bug
Bonjours je vous écrit pour vous fair parvenir mes problème que je rencontre sur fc27 , premièrement 1 parti sur 3 je me fait éjecter du jeux ou un message apporter en disant que mon problème de peut pas être traiter et je suis renvoyer dans le menu principal du jeux ce qui me fait perde la parti car le jeux détecte comme si c’est moi qui avait quitter alors que c’est votre jeux qui est mal fini , je doit attendre 10 min parti car moment pour que les chargement ce fait et par moment je doit fermer le jeux et le relancer car la page bug sur les chargement , sans compter les bug en jeux ou mes joueur ne bouge pas et seulement quand le jouer passe mon jouer la j’arrive à bouger mon joueur , je suis désoler mes en 1 semaine je n’est retrouver aucun plaisir
