EA Anti-Cheat Error #4 (C0000210) – All Fixes Executed, Still Broken

I’ve executed every known fix for EA Anti-Cheat and FIFA 23, including:  
- Full uninstall of EA App, FIFA 23, and EA Anti-Cheat  
- Manual deletion of leftover folders, cache, and registry entries  
- Reinstallation of EA Anti-Cheat with Secure Boot enabled  
- Manual recreation of Anti-Cheat service and certificate injection  
- Controlled restarts after each step  
- Comparison of integrated vs standalone Anti-Cheat installers  

Despite this, the game fails to launch. The Anti-Cheat window loops into “performing reinstallation,” and the same error persists:

The error message is consistent and repeatable:

EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC.
C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (2)
Internal error #4: C0000210 – Dumping failed.

This confirms the issue is not caused by local setup or user error.  
EA support acknowledged the problem but redirected me here instead of escalating internally.  
I am posting this to demand visibility and proper escalation.  
If others are facing the same issue, please reply or upvote to help push this forward.
