Network connection error
For the last 2 weeks I’ve been unable to connect whenever I try to play nhl 25 on my Xbox series x it just gives the notification in game as soon as I load into the menu even tho my internet works fine even with other online games Ive read some other threads where people have had similar problems and I’ve tried to follow the advice they’d been given. I’ve restarted my Xbox, completely shut it off, unplugged it, cleared my MAC address, removed the game from quick resume, cleared the saved data, deleted and re installed the game and nothing has worked. Restarting the router isn’t an option unfortunately since I live in a college dorm and don’t have access to it. The wifi works fine for everything that’s not a ea sports game but it’s worth mentioning this problem started right when I moved in and started using the wifi here. I also seem to have the same problem with madden 25 but again not any other games besides madden 25 and nhl 25. Would really appreciate some input I’m completely lost on how why or what to do. I have been messaging with three different ea customer service people still no help. I can not find anyone else to contact, they have sent me here. I have 8 hours and 20 minutes left on my NHL 25 trial. When I go to start and play the game everything works completely fine. Problem occurs when I try to start an online match. When i start an online match I am prompted with "Error: Trial Permissions could not be found for this user" There is a video attached to show what occurs. Game configuration failed . The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again. Me and my teammate have been suffering of this error for some time now. It is random, and the error pops up as the game starts to load into the game. We mostly play as a group of 4 people or more, so when this kind of error happens the rest of our group leave the game so we can re-queue for a new game, giving us all a very bad experience of the game. In hes message he referred to this post; The latest match where this error happened is match id of 13722533280441, where our team (Pekan Tangat) faces Usama HC. We had a group of 5 players, and only 3 of us got into the game. So me and my one teammate got the "game conf failed" -error and did not make it into the game. Therefore the rest of group ditching the match and giving us another 0-3 defeat to our name. The player id;s of the players that got the error when loading into the game: 802295888 and 1692714479 So with the advice given, we deleted our initial club (Div 1 club) to create another, which we were fine with as long as the error would be fixed. Now we are in a situation where we have deleted our initial club, but the error persists. So the solution of "deleting the club" wont be an acceptable answer this time, as it seems not to work. I have now provided you with sufficent data to dig into this, giving you the exact match id of when it happened, and who it happened to. I can provide the PSN nicknames of the error victims via PM aswell, if the player id linking to psn names is needed. Im looking forward in hearing more of what causes this, and how we can fix this so that we can get the full experience of the game without having to always worry, when the next configuration error happens again. Everytime I try and login to Madden 25 or NHL 25. I get a notification that I am unable to connect to the EA servers. This has been going on for nearly 2 days now. I’m very frustrated spent a lot of money on these games and now I can’t play them. Any recommendations?
