Not Able to start the Game

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help get this fixed. First, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

I tried every Step already and that multiple times.

Somehow nothing seems to work, NHL ist the only Game with that problem.

Did this just recently start happening after working fine previously? Have you tried a factory reset of your console?

Yes, it just started recently. I have played the Game the whole Year and suddenly it didn´t worked anymore.

I already tried resetting my Xbox and it didn´t help in any way.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile.
2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

It Started synchronizing the Data and closed itself after it reached 100%

Go here and look under the heading for "Free up hard drive space". Follow the steps for clearing the local saved games.

That’s exactly what I already did. This is not helping in any way.

Have you tried a factory reset of your console?

Like I told you four hours ago: I already tried resetting my Xbox and it didn´t help in any way.
